Notes on using a computer
“Memory Stick”
•“Memory Stick” operations on your camcorder
cannot be assured if the “Memory Stick”
formatted on a computer is used on your
camcorder, or if the “Memory Stick” in your
camcorder was formatted from the computer
when the USB cable was connected.
•Do not compress the data on the “Memory
Stick.” Compressed files cannot be played back
on your camcorder.
Software
•Depending on your application software, the
file size may increase when you open a still
image file.
•When you load an image modified using
retouching software from a computer to your
camcorder or when you directly modify the
image on your camcorder, the image format
will differ so a file error indicator may appear
and you may be unable to open the file.
Communications with a computer
Communications between your camcorder and a
computer may not recover after recovering from
Suspend, Resume, or Sleep.

« Memory Stick »
•Le « Memory Stick » ne pourra pas être utilisé
avec le caméscope s’il a été formaté sur
l’ordinateur, ou s’il a été formaté sur
l’ordinateur alors qu’il était inséré dans le
caméscope et l’ordinateur relié au caméscope
par le câble USB.
•Ne compressez pas les données du « Memory
Stick ». Les fichiers compressés ne peuvent pas
être lus par le caméscope.
Logiciel
•Lorsque vous ouvrez un fichier d’image fixe
avec certaines applications, la taille du fichier
peut augmenter.
•Si vous importez sur votre caméscope une
image retouchée sur votre ordinateur avec un
logiciel de retouche, ou si vous modifiez
directement l’image sur le caméscope, le format
de l’image change et un indicateur d’erreur
peut apparaître. Dans ce cas, il n’est pas
possible d’ouvrir le fichier retouché.
Communication avec un ordinateur
La communication entre le caméscope et
l’ordinateur peut ne pas se rétablir après la
suspension, la reprise ou la mise en veille de
l’ordinateur.
