USING THE DISPLAY ( )/iCHECK BUTTON
Switching the information display mode
You can switch between the on-screen information display modes:
Press the Display ( ) /iCHECK button.
The full and minimum display modes will alternate.
• Full display mode: All information will appear.
• Minimum display mode: Only operating status indicator will appear.
If the HD camcorder has warning information, a warning message will appear.
Checking the remaining battery and
recording capacity
• When the power is on, press an hold the Display
( ) /iCHECK button.
• When the power is off, press the Display ( ) /iCHECK button.
• After a while, the battery time and approximate recordable time
according to the storage and quality appear for about 10 seconds.
• If a storage media is not inserted, its icon does not appear.
Display ( )/iCHECK button does not work in the menu or quick
menu screen.
USING THE LCD ENHANCER ( )
Contrast is enhanced for a clear and bright image. This effect is also
implemented outdoors in bright daylight.
1. Press the LCD enhancer ( ) button.
• The ( ) indicator is displayed.
2. To exit LCD enhancer, press the LCD enhancer ( ) button again.
• LCD enhancer function does not affect the quality of the image
being recorded.
• When LCD enhancer works at the low illumination, some
stripes may occur on the LCD screen. It is not a malfunction.

Pour basculer le mode d’affi chage de l’
information à l’écran
Vous pouvez basculer le mode d’affi chage de l’information à l’écran :
Appuyez sur la touche d’écran ( ) /iCHECK.
Les modes complet et minimal s’affi chent en alternance.
• Affi chage complet : toute l’information apparaît.
• Mode d’affi chage minimal : seul le témoin d’état de fonctionnement s’
affi che.
Si le caméscope HD doit vous avertir d’une erreur, un message s’affi che.
Pour vérifi er la charge restante et la
mémoire restante
• Si l’appareil est allumé, appuyez longuement sur la touche d’écran
( ) /iCHECK button.
• Si l’appareil est éteint, appuyez sur la touche d’écran ( ) / iCHECK.
• Après un court instant, l’information reliée au bloc-piles et à la durée
approximative d’enregistrement selon le support et le format de qualité
sélectionnés s’affi chent pendant environ 10 secondes.
• Si aucun support de stockage n’est présent, l’icône est estompé.
La touche d’écran ( )/i CHECK est inactive en mode Menu et
Menu rapide.
COMMENT UTILISER L’ÉGALISATEUR
PARAMÉTRIQUE ACL ( )
Le contraste est amélioré afi n de pouvoir obtenir une qualité d’image claire et
nette. Cet effet s’applique aussi aux conditions extérieures en plein soleil.
1. Appuyez sur la touche de l’égalisateur paramétrique de l’ACL
( ) .
• Le témoin ( ) s’affi che.
2. Pour quitter l’égalisateur paramétrique de l’ACL, appuyez à nouveau
sur la touche ( ).
• La fonction de l’égalisateur paramétrique ACL n’affecte pas la
qualité de l’image enregistrée.
• Des rayures peuvent apparaître à l’écran lorsque l’égalisateur
paramétrique de l’ACL fonctionne à faible luminosité. Il ne s’
agit pas d’une anomalie.
