If you cannot install the USB
driver
The USB driver has been registered incorrectly as
your computer was connected to your camcorder
before installation of the USB driver was
completed. Perform the following procedure to
correctly install the USB driver.
Viewing images recorded on a tape
or live from your camcorder
Step 1: Uninstall the incorrect USB driver

Turn on your computer and allow Windows
to load.
2 Connect the AC Adaptor, and set the POWER
switch to VCR.
3 Connect the (USB) jack on your camcorder
to the USB connector on your computer using
the supplied USB cable.
4 Open your computer’s “Device Manager.”
Windows XP:
Select “Start”
t “Control Panel” t “System”
t “Hardware” tab and click the “Device
Manager” button.
If there is no “System” inside “Pick a
category” after clicking “Control Panel,” click
“Switch to classic view” instead.
Windows 2000:
Select “My Computer”
t “Control Panel” t
“System” t “Hardware” tab and click the
“Device Manager” button.
Windows 98SE/Windows Me:
Select “My Computer”
t “Control Panel” t
“System,” and click “Device Manager.”

Le pilote USB n’a pas été enregistré correctement,

2 Branchez l’adaptateur secteur, puis réglez le
commutateur POWER sur VCR.
3 Raccordez la prise (USB) de votre
caméscope au connecteur USB de votre
ordinateur à l’aide du câble USB fourni.
4 Ouvrez le “Gestionnaire de périphériques” de
votre ordinateur.
Windows XP :
Sélectionnez “Démarrer”
t “Panneau de
configuration” t “Système” t et l’onglet
“Matériel”, puis cliquez sur le bouton
“Gestionnaire de périphériques”.
Si vous ne trouvez pas “Système” dans
“Choisissez une catégorie” après avoir cliqué
sur “Panneau de configuration”, cliquez sur
“Basculer vers l’affichage classique” à la place.
Windows 2000 :
Sélectionnez “Poste de travail”
t “Panneau
de configuration” t “Système” t l’onglet
“Matériel”, puis cliquez sur le bouton
“Gestionnaire de périphériques”.
Windows 98SE ou Windows Me :
Sélectionnez “Poste de travail”
t “Panneau
de configuration” t “Système” t puis
