The Camcorder : Basic Recording
✤ The Self Timer function works only in REC mode.
✤ When you use the Self Timer function on the remote control, the
recording begins automatically in 10 seconds.
1. Set the Power switch to REC.
2. Press the SELF TIMER button until the
appropriate indicator is displayed in the LCD
screen.
3. Press the Start/Stop button to start the timer.
■ Self Timer starts counting down from 10 with a
beep sound.
■ In the last one second of the countdown, the
beep sound gets faster, then recording starts
automatically.
■ If you want to cancel the Self Timer function
before recording, press the SELF TIMER
button.
4. Press the Start/Stop button again when you wish
to stop recording.
[ Notes ]
■ Do not obstruct the remote control sensor by
putting obstacles between the remote control and
Camcorder.
■ The remote control range is 4 ~5m (13 ~17 ft).
■ The effective remote control angle is up to 30 degrees left /right
from the center line.
■ Using a tripod is recommended during the Self Record

✤ La fonction Self Timer (Retardateur automatique) n’est accessible
qu’en mode REC.
✤ Lorsque vous utilisez la fonction Self Timer (Retardateur
automatique) de la télécommande, l'enregistrement commence
automatiquement dans les dix secondes qui suivent.
1. Placez l’interrupteur de mise sous tension sur REC.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton SELF TIMER jusqu’à ce que
le témoin correspondant apparaisse sur l’écran ACL.
3. Appuyez sur le bouton Start/Stop pour mettre le
retardateur en marche.
■ Le retardateur automatique lance le compte à
rebours à partir de 10 en émettant un signal
sonore.
■ Dans la dernière seconde du compte à rebours,
le signal sonore s’accélère puis l’enregistrement
débute automatiquement.
■ Si vous souhaitez désactiver la fonction Self Timer
(Retardateur automatique) avant l’enregistrement,
appuyez sur le bouton SELF TIMER.
4. Appuyez sur le bouton Start/Stop une nouvelle fois
lorsque vous voulez arrêter l'enregistrement.
[ Remarques ]
■ Ne perturbez pas le capteur de votre télécommande
en plaçant des obstacles entre celle-ci et le
caméscope.
■ La portée de la télécommande est de 4 à 5 m.
■ La télécommande peut être orientée sans
dysfonctionnement jusqu’à 30 degrés de part et
d’autre de la ligne médiane de l’appareil.
■ L'utilisation d'un trépied est recommandée au cours de la
procédure d’enregistrement automatique
