✤ The Remote function works in both REC and PLAY modes.
✤ The Remote option allows you to enable or disable the remote
control for use with the Camcorder.
1. Set the Power switch to REC or PLAY.
2. Press the MENU button.
■ The menu list will appear.
3. Move the Joystick up or down to select System,
then press the Joystick(OK).
4. Move the Joystick up or down to select Remote,
then press the Joystick(OK).
5. Move the Joystick up or down to select On or Off,
then press the Joystick(OK).
6. To exit, press the MENU button.
[ Notes ]
■ If you set the Remote to Off in the menu and try to use it, the
remote control icon (
) will blink for 3 seconds on the LCD
screen and then disappear.
■ A separate Remote Control selecting function is provided for the
Digital Camera (see page 92).

Setting the Wireless Remote Control Acceptance (Remote)
✤ La fonction Remote (Télécommande) peut être activée en mode
REC comme en mode PLAY.
✤ Elle vous permet d’activer ou de désactiver la télécommande en
vue d’une utilisation avec le caméscope.
1. Réglez l'interrupteur de mise sous tension sur
REC ou PLAY.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton MENU.
■ La liste des menus apparaît.
3. Déplacez le Joystick vers le haut ou vers le bas
pour sélectionner System (Système), puis
appuyez sur Joystick(OK).
4. Déplacez le Joystick vers le haut ou vers le bas
pour sélectionner Remote (Télécommande), puis
appuyez sur le Joystick(OK).
5. Déplacez le Joystick vers le haut ou vers le bas
pour sélectionner On (Marche) ou Off (Arrêt),
puis appuyez sur le Joystick(OK).
6. Pour sortir de la liste, appuyez sur le bouton
MENU.
[ Remarques ]
■ Si, dans le menu, vous réglez l’option Remote (Télécommande)
sur la position Off (Arrêt) et essayez d’utiliser la télécommande,
l’icône représentant celle-ci sur l’écran ACL (
) clignote pendant
trois secondes avant de disparaître.
■ Une fonction séparée de sélection de la télécommande est
disponible pour l’appareil photo numérique (voir page 92).
