covers the opening (A red mark will appear.)
To re record on the cassette, slide the lab irr
to uncover the opening

• Don I press the Up ot the calsene compartment
forcibly when il is moving

• Never inserì anything in the smalt holes on the
rear of the cassette These holes are used to
sense Ihe kir>d ot tape, thickness ot tape, or it
the lab is out or iti. etc
• To record from Ihe beginning ot the tape, run the
video camera recorder tor about 15 seconds at
the beginning ot a cassette before recording. It
will avoid missing the slar|tt>g point during
playback on a video casselle recorder

^ Connect 8 power source.
0 Set the wtewtlndef.
Pull the viewfinder out and turn it
cirxkwise until it clicks.
O WhHe ptessing the small button, set the
POWER swHch to CAMERA.
Remove the lens cap.
5 Turn the STANDBY swHch to STANDBY.
C Turn the viewfinder lens adfustment ring so
that the Indicator displayed on the
viewfinder screen comes into sharp focus.
Adiuslment of Ihe position of the viewfitxier lens Is
necessary only for your initial use. or for use after
someone else.
