About the
“InfoLITHIUM” battery
pack
This unit is compatible with the “InfoLITHIUM”
battery pack (M series). Your camcorder operates
only with the “InfoLITHIUM” battery pack.
“InfoLITHIUM” M series battery packs have the
SERIES
TM
mark.
What is the “InfoLITHIUM” battery
pack?
The “InfoLITHIUM” battery pack is a lithium-ion
battery pack that has functions for
communicating information related to operating
conditions between your camcorder and an
optional AC adaptor/charger.
The “InfoLITHIUM” battery pack calculates the
power consumption according to the operating
conditions of your camcorder, and displays the
remaining battery time in minutes. With an AC
adaptor/charger (optional), the remaining
battery time and charging time appear.
Charging the battery pack
•Be sure to charge the battery pack before you
start using your camcorder.
•We recommend charging the battery pack in an
ambient temperature of between 10°C to 30°C
(50°F to 86°F) until the FULL indicator appears
in the display window, indicating that the
battery pack is fully charged. If you charge the
battery outside of this temperature range, you
may not be able to efficiently charge the battery
pack.
•After charging is complete, either disconnect
the cable from the DC IN jack on your
camcorder or remove the battery pack.

Qu’est-ce qu’une batterie
« InfoLITHIUM »?
Une batterie « InfoLITHIUM » est une batterie au
lithium-ion qui peut échanger des informations
sur son état de charge avec un chargeur/
adaptateur secteur en option.
La batterie « InfoLITHIUM » calcule la
consommation d’électricité du caméscope et son
autonomie en fonction des conditions
d’utilisation. Ce temps est indiqué en minutes.
Avec un adaptateur secteur/chargeur (en
option), l’autonomie de la batterie et le temps de
recharge sont indiqués.
Recharge de la batterie
•Veillez à charger la batterie avant d’utiliser le
caméscope.
•Il est conseillé de recharger la batterie à une
température comprise entre 10°C et 30°C
jusqu’à ce que le témoin FULL apparaisse dans
l’afficheur, ce qui indique que la batterie est
complètement rechargée. Hors de cette plage de
température, la batterie ne se recharge pas
efficacement.
•Lorsque la recharge est terminée, débranchez le
câble de la prise DC IN du caméscope ou retirez
la batterie.
