Using the Tape Counter Indicator
The Tape Counter Indicator O*
■ How to Reset the Tape Counter to “0000”...

Press the [RESET] Button.
•The Tape Counter is reset to “0000"
■ How to Search for Tape Position “0000” After
Recording or Playback...

Press the [MEMORY/DISPLAY] Button.
•The “M" Indication o appears in the Viewfinder next to the
Tape Counter Indication.

Press the [REW/@1 or
Button.
•The tape stops automatically at about the point where the
Tape Counter reads “M 0000".
Note:
•When fast forwarding or rewinding to "M 0000" position, the tape
counter may not read exactly "M 0000" when the tape stops.
This is not a malfunction,
■ To Cancel the Memory Function...
Press the [MEMORY/DISPLAY] Button twice.
■ How to Make the Lap Time Counter indicator
Appear

Press the [MEMORY/DiSPLAY] Button again.
•The Lap Time Counter Indication “L 0:00.00" (real time) Q
appears.
•The Lap Time Counter counts up only during recording.

■ Pour ramener te compte-tours à “0000”...

Appuyer sur ia touche [RESETj.
•Le compte-tours est ramené à “0000" ©.
■ Pour repérer ia position “0000” après une prise
de vues ou après ia iecture des images...

Appuyer sur la touche [MEMORY/DISPLAY].
•L’indication “M" apparaît dans le viseur © à côté de
l’indication du compte-tours.

Appuyer sur la touche [REW/@] ou
• Le ruban s'arrête automatiquement à l’endroit approximatif
où le compte-tours indique "M 0000 '.
Remarque:
Lors du repérage avant ou arrière de la position "M 0000", il est
normal que le ruban n’indique pas exactement “M 0000" au
moment où il s’arrête. Cela n’indique pas une défectuosité de
l'appareil.
■ Pour annuler la fonction de mémoire...
Appuyer à deux reprises sur la touche [MEMORY/DISPLAY].
■ Pour afficher l’indication du temps écoulé

Appuyer de nouveau sur la touche [MEMORY/
DISPLAY].
•Le temps écouté {temps réel) “L 0:00.00" O est affiché.
•L’indication du temps écoulé n’augmente que pendant
l’enregistrement.
