Entretien pendant la campagne (suite)

ÉRIFIER :
- le niveau du réducteur d’entraînement du tapis.
(huile recommandée = total carter EP 220,
synthétique)
quantité = 1,8l (Machine avec boîte de vitesse)
quantité = 2,6l (Machine sans boîte de vitesse).
- le niveau du renvoi d’angle du DPA fixé sur
l’essieu.
(huile recommandée = total carter EP 80/90)
quantité = 0,4 l
I L EST CONSEILLÉ DE CHANGER L ’ HUILE :
Après les premières 50 heures de fonctionnement,
puis toutes les 1000 heures.
- Le serrage des écrous de roue, des brides de
fixation des essieux et des suspensions.
- l’état des brides d’essieux et des suspensions.

ÉRIFIER :
- l’état des courroies
- le serrage des boulons et le serrage des
suspentes.
- le niveau d’huile du bloc 3 renvois d’angle.
(huile recommandée = total carter EP 80 W 90)
quantité = 0,4 l pour chacun des 3 renvois.

ÉRIFIER ET C HANGER :
Si besoin est:
- Les plateaux d’épandage. S’ils sont difficiles à
enlever, utiliser une vis M16 et la visser sur
le haut du plateau pour faire extracteur.
Puis positionner les nouveaux plateaux et les
bagues d’indexation selon les recommandations
décrites au chapitre “Montage du dispositif
d’épandage”.
- Les bagues d’indexation en plastique, si elles
n’assurent plus suffisamment la protection
du dessus des boîtiers renvois d’angle. Les
positionner de façon à garantir le bon
croisement des pales.
- Les pales, lorsque des vagues apparaissent
dans le fond des pales.
(Pour tous jeux de pales, consulter le notice
“Pales”).

EMPLIR :
- la cage à graisse située au dessus de chaque
réducteur, par l’intermédiaire des graisseurs
situés sous les disques d’épandage.

RAISSER AVEC LA GRAISSE À ROULEMENT :
- les 3 graisseurs du bloc centrifuge à courroies.
E NTRAÎNEMENT HYDRAULIQUE DU DISTRIBUTEUR CENTRIFUGE :
- Vérifier l’état des joints des moteurs
hydrauliques
R AMPE D ’ ÉPANDAGE MÉCANIQUE :
- Vérifier l’alignement des extensions avec la
partie centrale et l’état des joints de liaison.
- Vérifier l’état des roulements et ressorts, en
bout d’extension.
- Vérifier l’état des joints du réducteur.
- Vérifier l’état des guides en bout de filet.
- Vérifier l’état des filets, et la fixation sur le
réducteur des filets de la partie centrale.
- Vérifier le serrage des boulons.
- Vérifier le serrage des suspentes.
- Vérifier l’état général et le bon fonctionnement
des verrous fixés sur la trémie.

HECK :
- the oil level in the conveyor belt reduction gear
(recommended oil = Total Carter EP 220,
synthetic)
quantity = 1.8 l (machine with gearbox)

- the oil level in the DPA’s angle transmission
attached to the axle
(recommended oil = Total Carter EP 80/90)
quantity= 0.4 l.
I T IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHANGE THE OIL :
after the first 50 operating hours, then every 1000
hours.
- the torque of the wheel nuts and axle and
suspension clamps.
- the condition of the axle and suspension
clamps.

M ECHANICALLY DRIVEN CENTRIFUGAL DISTRIBUTOR :

HECK :
- the condition of the belts
- the tightness of the bolts and support bars.
- the oil level in the 3 speed gearbox
(recommended oil = Total Carter EP 80 W 90)
quantity = 0.4 l for each of the 3 angle
transmissions.

HECK AND CHANGE :
If necessary:
- The spreading discs. If they are difficult to
remove, use an M16 bolt and screw it to the top
of the disc to act as an extractor.
Then position the new discs and the indexing
rings in accordance with the recommendations
described in the chapter on “Fitting the
spreading mechanism”.
- The plastic indexing rings, if they no longer
provide adequate protection to the top of the
angle gearboxes. Fit them so that the vanes will
alternate correctly.
- The vanes, when ripples appear at the ends
(for all sets of vanes, see the “vanes”
specifications).

ILL :
- the grease cage located on top of each
reduction gear, using the grease nipples located
under the spreading discs.

UBRICATE WITH BEARING GREASE :
- the 3 grease nipples on the belt driven
centrifugal assembly.
C ENTRIFUGAL DISTRIBUTOR HYDRAULIC DRIVE :
- Check the condition of the hydraulic motor
seals
M ECHANICAL SPREADING BOOM :
- Check the alignment of the extensions with the
central section and the condition of the
connecting joints.
- Check the condition of the bearings and springs
at the ends of the extensions.
- Check the condition of the reduction gear seals.
- Check the condition of the guides at the ends
of the augers.
- Check the condition of the augers, and the
attachment to the reduction gear of the augers
in the central section.
- Check the tightness of the bolts.
- Check the tightness of the support bars.
- Check the general condition and function of the
latches on the hopper (lubricate the moving
parts).
