Réglage du débit / Setting the application rate
E XEMPLES :
1) Votre épandeur est un XT 130 avec boîte de
vitesse (engrenage 43/27) avec des
pneumatiques 18.4R34.
L E TABLEAU VOUS DONNE COMME INDICE DE RÉGLAGE :15 B.
a) Sur votre réglette , positionner l’indice de
réglage 15 en face du repère B .
b) Déterminer alors le réglage de l’appareil à l’aide du
curseur , aligner la densité avec la
dose/ha souhaitée en prenant bien garde de
maintenir les deux parties de la réglette
et
dans la même position relative.
c) A partir de là, il suffit de lire pour une largeur de
travail donnée sur la vitesse choisie, l’ouverture
en cm de la trappe de débit.
³ L’ouverture de la trappe se lit directement sur le
réglet situé du côté droit de la trappe, et du côté
droit et gauche pour la double trappe.
³ L’ouverture donnée par la réglette ou le
tableau doit être mesurée entre le fond du
tapis et le bord inférieur de la trappe.
³ Les deux vitesses ( 2 2 et 3 3 ) sont obtenues
en combinant les engrenages à l’intérieur
du carter arrière situé à droite.
E XEMPLE :
a) XT 130 (indice de réglage 15 B)
b) Epandage à 600 kg/ha
- engrais de densité 1,25Kg/l
c) Pour une largeur de travail de 24 m, nous
pourrions choisir la combinaison de la vitesse
moyenne
2 2 . et ouvrir la trappe à 7,6 cm, ou la
combinaison de la grande vitesse 3 3 . et ouvrir la
trappe à 3 cm.
NB: Nous opterons de préférence pour la vitesse
correspondant à la plus grande ouverture de
trappe.

T HE TABLE INDICATES A SETTING VALUE OF 15 B.
a) On your slide calculator , position the setting
value 15 in line with mark B .
b) Then determine the machine setting using the
pointer , align the density with the rate / hectare
required taking care to keep the two parts of the
slide calculator
and in the same relative
position.
c) From here, for a given working width, simply read
off the application rate shutter opening in cm for
the speed selected.
³ The shutter opening can be seen directly on the
ruler located on the right-hand side of the shutter, and
on the right and left-hand sides for the double shutter.
³ The opening indicated by the slide calculator or the
table should be measured between the bottom of the
belt and the lower edge of the shutter.
³ The two speeds (2 and 3) are obtained by
combining the gears inside the rear housing located
on the right-hand side of the machine.
E XAMPLE :
a) XT 130 (setting value 15 B)
b) Spreading at 600 kg/ha
- fertilizer density 1.25 kg/l
c) For a working width of 24 m, we could choose
the medium speed (2) combination and open
the shutter to 7.6 cm or the high speed (3)
combination and open the shutter to 3 cm.
N OTE : Preferably opt for the speed corresponding
to the largest shutter opening.
