Filling the hopper
- Ensure that there are no foreign objects in the
hopper.
L OADING BY LOADING SHOVEL :
- In order to avoid damaging the anti-clod screens,
ensure that you do not load the fertilizer granules
too quickly or abruptly.
- When spreading coarse fertilizer, remove the anti-
clod screens.
Products that have been stored for a long time in
the field, and/or which can be loaded in bulk
should be turned over a few times with the bucket
before being loaded into the hopper in order to
break up any hard lumps which could block the
discharge shutter.
L OADING WITH A PNEUMATIC LOADING SYSTEM :
- To avoid compression in the hopper, detach the
cover straps at the rear of the hopper only.
S TARTING SPREADING AGAIN AFTER RELOADING :
If the machine has been completely emptied before
being reloaded, starting up again should not pose a
problem.
However, a long journey whilst loaded may cause the
fertilizer to become compacted and thus result in a
blockage when the spreader is restarted.
In this case, the blockage will be in the 50 cm area
just in front of the shutter; when starting up again,
the safety device on the DPA shaft (cam and
spring type torque limiter) will be activated.
All you need to do is unblock the fertilizer in this
area (use a shovel handle to break up the mass of
fertilizer) to allow the machine to set off again
normally.
- At the end of each day's work the hopper should
be completely emptied.
Safety
Make sure that you never walk beneath a
suspended load.
Ensure that no-one enters the operating zone
of the handling equipment used for loading.
Ensure that no-one is standing on the
platform or the anti-clod screens when the
load approaches the hopper.
Chargement de la trémie
- Vérifier qu’il n’y ait pas de corps étrangers
dans la trémie.
L E CHARGEMENT PAR GODET :
- Afin d’éviter de déformer les grilles anti-mottes,
veiller à ce que les chargements en granulés ne
soient pas brusques.
- Pour l’épandage de produits grossiers, retirer les
grilles anti-mottes.
Les produits qui ont été stockés longtemps au
champs, et/ou qui peuvent être pris en masse,
doivent être impérativement repris plusieurs fois au
godet avant d’être chargés dans la trémie, et ceci
afin d’éviter des blocs compacts qui risquent de
bloquer à la trappe de vidange.
L E CHARGEMENT PAR REMPLISSAGE PNEUMATIQUE :
- Afin d’éviter la compression dans la trémie
décrocher les sandows uniquement à l’arrière de
la trémie.
D ÉBUT DE L ’ ÉPANDAGE APRÈS UN NOUVEAU CHARGEMENT :
Si la machine a bien été complètement vidée avant
d’être rechargée, le redémarrage ne pose aucun
problème.
Toutefois, un long trajet chargé peut provoquer un
tassement de l’engrais, et un blocage au redémarrage.
Dans ce cas, le blocage se produit dans les 50 cm
situés juste avant la trappe; au redémarrage, la
sécurité située sur la transmission DPA, (limiteur de
couple à cames et ressorts) se déclenche.
Il suffit alors de débloquer sur cette longueur
(manche de pelle pour déstabiliser la masse
d’engrais bloquée), pour que la machine reparte
normalement.
- A la fin de la journée de travail, vous devez vider
complètement la trémie.
Sécurité
Veiller à ne jamais passer sous une charge
suspendue.
Veiller à ce que personne ne traverse la zone
d’évolution du matériel de manutention utilisé
pour le chargement.
Lorsque la charge approche de la trémie,
veiller à ce que personne ne stationne sur
la plate-forme, ni sur les grilles anti-motte.
