Réglage système X 12-44 / X 12-44 system settings
R ÉGLAGE DE L ’ ÉPANDAGE DE BORDURE
Votre distributeur d’engrais permet d’épandre en
bordure suivant différents modes et d’optimiser ces
épandages.
Epandage pleine largeur: (diode verte allumée)
Régime PDF à 540 Tr/mn et votre dose à 100%.
Bordure environnement: (diode rouge allumée)
Lors d’épandage en bord de route ou de rivière
par exemple, baisser votre dose de 15 % côté
bordure et :
Si la largeur de travail est INFÉRIEURE À 32 M :
- Il faut actionner le système Tribord et diminuer le
régime PDF de 20 % (430 tr/mn).
Si la largeur de travail est SUPÉRIEURE OU ÉGALE À 32 M :
- Il faut actionner le système Tribord et diminuer le
régime PDF de 10 % (485 tr/mn).
N OTA :
Pour diminuer la dose de 15% côté bordure, il
faut, selon l’équipement de la machine:
A VEC TRAPPE DOUBLE
- Baisser la demi-trappe droite de 15% de la
hauteur d’ouverture.
A VEC TRAPPE SIMPLE
- Baisser la trappe de réduction située côté droit
sur la trappe simple d’environ 30% de la hauteur
d’ouverture.
A VEC L ’ OPTION TRAPPE DE RÉDUCTION À 50%
- Ne pas baisser la (les) trappe (s), mais diminuer
le passage côté droit de 15% en faisant
glisser la petite trappe de réduction à -15%
située sur la trappe droite de réduction à 50%.
Bordure rendement: (diode jaune allumée)
Si la largeur de travail est INFÉRIEURE À 32 M :
- Il faut actionner le système Tribord et diminuer le
régime PDF de 10 % (485 tr/mn).
Si la largeur de travail est SUPÉRIEURE OU ÉGALE À 32 M :
- Il faut actionner le système Tribord, la PDF reste
à 540 tr/mn.
N OTA :
La bordure rendement est une bordure adjacente à
une parcelle voisine cultivée.

B ORDER SPREADING ADJUSTMENT
Your fertiliser spreader can be adjusted to two different
modes for border spreading to optimize results.
Full width spreading:
(green diode illuminated)
PTO speed at 540 rpm and your application rate at
100%.
Border spreading optimised for the
environment: (red diode illuminated)
When spreading at the side of a road or river, for
example, reduce your application rate by 15% on
the border side and:
If the working width is LESS THAN 32 M :
- activate the Tribord system and reduce the PTO
speed by 20% (430 rpm).
If the working width is GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO
32 M :
- activate the Tribord system and reduce the PTO
speed by 10% (485 rpm).
N OTE :
To reduce the rate by 15% on the border side, you
must, depending on the machine’s equipment:
W ITH THE DOUBLE SHUTTERS
- Lower the right hand half-shutter by 15% of the
opening height.
W ITH THE SINGLE SHUTTER
- Lower the right hand reduction shutter located
on the right hand side of the single shutter by
30% of the opening height.
W ITH THE 50% REDUCTION SHUTTER OPTION
- Do not lower the shutter(s), but reduce the right
hand gap by 15% by sliding the small reduction
shutter located on the right hand 50% reduction
shutter by -15%.
Yield border speading: (yellow diode lit up)
If the working width is LESS THAN 32 M :
- activate the Tribord system and reduce the PTO
speed by 10% (485 rpm).
If the working width is GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO
32 M :
- activate the Tribord system and keep the PTO
speed at 540 rpm.
N OTE :
Border spreading for optimising yields is intended for
border spreading adjacent to a neighbouring cultivated
field
