Embrayage et débrayage du tapis
convoyeur
L’épandeur est équipé d’une commande hyddraulique
d’embrayage :
Commande hydraulique :
- À brancher sur un distributeur double effet du
tracteur.
L’action sur le distributeur a pour effet de DÉBRAYER ou
d’ EMBRAYER le tapis.
Un clapet piloté permet de sécuriser le système
contre des éventuels fuites sur les distributeurs
hydrauliques des tracteurs
Quand le tapis est embrayé un témoin visuel de
rotation situé sur le coté avant droit de la machine
permet de contrôler depuis le tracteur si le tapis est
correctement embrayé.
R EMARQUE :
Il faut tenir quelques secondes le distributeur
hydraulique du tracteur pendant qu’il avance, pour
s’assurer que la commande est effectivement
correctement engagée ou désengagée .
- A chaque extrémité du champ, il faut débrayer le
tapis convoyeur pour arrêter l’épandage pendant
le virage.
En cas de panne hydraulique, une butée articulée
située à proximité du support renvoi permet de
bloquer en position débrayée.
- Pour mettre en place cette butée, utiliser le levier
, rangé à l’avant gauche de l’épandeur, pour
faire bras de levier.

Engaging and disengaging the conveyor
belt
The spreader is fitted with a hydraulic clutch control
system:
Hydraulic control system :
- To be connected to a double acting spool valve
on the tractor.
Activating the spool valve has the effect of ENGAGING
or DISENGAGING the belt.
A pilot check valve enables the system to be
secured against possible leaks from the tractor’s
hydraulic spool valves.
When the belt is engaged a visual rotation indicator
located on the front right-hand side of the machine
enables you to check from the tractor if the belt is
engaged properly.
NB:
You will need to hold the hydraulic spool valve control
for several seconds as the tractor advances, in order
to ensure that the control has in fact been correctly
engaged or disengaged.
- At each end of the field the conveyor belt must
be disengaged to stop spreading as the tractor
turns around.
In the event of a hydraulic breakdown, an articulated
stop
located next to the angle transmission support
enables the system to be locked in the disengaged
position.
- To apply this stop, use the lever , which is
located at the front left-hand side of the
spreader.
