RÉMIE DE L ’ ÉPANDEUR
- Vérifier la tension du tapis convoyeur,
retendre si nécessaire. (voir chapitre réglage
de la machine)

RANSMISSIONS
- Démonter la transmission à cardan tracteur-
machine, nettoyer et graisser, y compris les
bouts d’arbres cannelés de l’arbre de
transmission sous machine, puis poser la
transmission sur son support.
- La transmission à cardan sous la machine et
la transmission du DPA : démonter, nettoyer
tubes métalliques et protecteurs, nettoyer et
vérifier les croisillons, graisser et remonter.

AMPE D ’ ÉPANDAGE MÉCANIQUE
- Vidanger le réducteur (graisse recommandée
= Mobilux EP 023), quantité = 0,5kG.
- Vérifier l’état des joints du réducteur.
NB: Procédure de réglage après remontage du
réducteur:
- Remonter l’ensemble conforme au montage
d’origine mais ne pas bloquer les 4 vis de
fixation du réducteur.
- Faire tourner la prise de force au ralenti,
rampes dépliées, pendant 3 minutes.
- Bloquer les 4 vis pendant la rotation de la
rampe, faire un essai à 540 tr/mn pendant
1 minute.

ÉBIT PROPORTIONNEL À L ’ AVANCEMENT (DPA)
- Nettoyer et huiler la chaîne de cloche fixée
sur le tambour de frein.
- Vérifier l’étanchéité des réducteurs et faire
les niveaux si des fuites sont apparues.
- Graisser le limiteur de coupe à came de la
transmission DPA= 3 coups de pompe à
graisse.

RAPPE DE RÉGLAGE
- Nettoyer et huiler les pistons des pompes
hydrauliques de commande de trappe.
- Vérifier le niveau des réservoirs des pompes.
- Vidanger et remplacer l’huile si elle est
polluée. (utiliser de l’huile hydraulique AWS
32 ou 46)

ARTIE AVANT
- Nettoyer avec du dégrippant le levier de frein
de stationnement.
- Mettre de l’huile dans l’engrenage de la
béquille si c’est une béquille mécanique.

ROTECTION
- Après toutes ces vérifications, il est
recommandé de faire une pulvérisation d’un
produit biodégradable de protection.
Avant de recommencer une saison
d’épandage
- Reprendre tous les points de graissage et
d’entretien cités plus haut.
³ Resserrer les écrous de roues:
- après 1 heure
- puis 8 heures de travail.
- Après avoir enlevé les protections, pour un
éventuel nettoyage ou pour une intervention
mécanique: Vérifier que les fixations “quart de
tour” soient en parfait état et correctement
verrouillées. Les remplacer si nécessaire.

PREADER HOPPER
- Check the tension of the conveyor belt and
tighten if necessary (see chapter on machine
settings).

RANSMISSIONS
- Remove the PTO between the tractor and the
machine, clean and lubricate it, including the
ends of the splined shafts of the transmission
shaft under the machine, then place the
transmission on its support.
- The PTO under the machine and the DPA
transmission: remove and clean the metal tubes
and protective guards, clean and check the
crosspieces, lubricate and reassemble.

ECHANICAL SPREADING BOOM :
- Empty the reduction gearbox (recommended
grease = Mobilux EP 023), quantity = 0.5 kg.
- Check the condition of the reduction gear seals.
Note: Adjustment procedure after reassembling the
reduction gear:
- Refit the unit as per the original assembly, but
do not tighten the four fastening screws on the
reduction gear.
- Let the PTO idle, with the booms folded up, for
3 minutes.
- Tighten the four screws as the boom rotates;
test at 540 rpm for 1 minute.

PPLICATION RATE PROPORTIONAL TO FORWARD SPEED
(DPA)
- Clean and oil the housing chain attached to the
brake drum.
- Check the seal on the reduction gears and top up
the levels if leaks are apparent.
- Grease the cam torque limiter of the DPA
transmission = 3 pumps with a grease pump.

DJUSTMENT SHUTTER
- Clean and oil the pistons of the hydraulic pumps
that control the shutters.
- Check the levels in the pump reservoirs.
- Empty and replace the oil if it is contaminated
(use AWS 32 or 46 hydraulic oil).

RONT SECTION
- Clean the parking brake lever with penetrating
oil.
- Put oil in the parking stand gear if it is a
mechanical stand.

ROTECTION
- After completing these checks, we recommend
that you spray the machine with a
biodegradable protective product.
Before restarting the spreading season
- Go over all of the lubrication and maintenance
points mentioned above.

ETIGHTEN THE WHEEL NUTS :
- after 1 hour
- then 8 hours of operation.
- After having removed the protective guards for
cleaning or mechanical work: check that the
“quarter turn” fastenings are in perfect condition
and properly fastened. Replace them if
necessary.
