NTRETIEN DES RESSORTS DE FLÈCHE
Avant et après chaque campagne ou tous les 6
mois:
- Contrôler et serrer au couple tous les écrous
de brides de fixation .
- Graisser l'axe de fixation .
Dans le cas de conditions de travail difficiles ou
intensives il conviendra d'augmenter la fréquence
de ces interventions en conséquence.
• Tous les ans :
- Vérifier le jeu entre la bague et l'axe de
fixation , en cas de jeu excessif remplacer
les pièces usagées.
- Contrôler l'état général du ressort , pour
cela nettoyer parfaitement le ressort et brosser
le champ des lames afin de pouvoir détecter
d'éventuelles fissures.
Vérifier l'état des étriers

AINTAINING THE DRAWBAR SPRINGS
At the beginning and end of every season or every
6 months:
- Check and tighten all the nuts and clamps to
the correct torque.
- Lubricate the fastening pin .
In the case of heavy or intensive working
conditions, it is advisable to increase the frequency
of these checks and maintenance activities.
• Annual maintenance:
- Check the play between the ring and the
fastening pin , and, if there is excessive play,
replace the worn parts.
- Check the general condition of the spring ; to
do this, clean it thoroughly and brush the edges
of the leaves in order to identify any cracks.
Check the condition of the clips
