The battery holder is located inside the
rear cover.
Place 6 Alkaline “C” batteries into the
battery holder orienting the plus (+) and
minus (-) ends as indicated on the holder.

If the RS232 interface will be used, ex-
ternal equipment may be connected to
the
I 10 using an 8 pin DIN connector
configured as shown on the Security
Plate.

from Ohaus as an accessory. See
Accessories in Chapter 10.
Connect the battery cable connector to
the 3 pin battery receptacle. The con-
nector may be plugged in either way.
