10. Select the size of the paper you loaded in the printer from
the Paper Size list. If you don’t see your paper size in the
list, use the arrow on the right to scroll through the list.
Note:
If your paper size is not included in the list, select User Defined
and enter the paper size in the dialog box that appears. For
information on the User Defined option, see online help.
11. Make the Orientation setting. The effect of your setting is
shown in the display to the left.
Note:
Load envelopes flap edge first with the flap side down when
loading from the manual feed slot. Load envelopes flap edge first
with the flap side up when loading from the sheet feeder.
12. Click OK at the bottom of the window. You return to the
Print dialog box (or a similar dialog box).
13. Click Close, OK, or Print to print. You may need to click a
combination of these buttons.
If the Media Type setting you selected in the driver does not
match the media selection you made with the printer’s control
panel, a dialog box appears. Load the correct media type (or
select the correct setting in your software) and click Retry,
Ignore
, or Cancel. For detailed information on the Media
Type setting, see page 3-13.
While your document is printing, the EPSON Despooler dialog
box appears, showing the printing progress and the status of
your printer. If you are printing from Windows 95, this dialog
box also displays the Status Monitor.
