Agitateur renforcé
Utiliser l'agitateur spécial dans le cas ou la semence a
un mauvais écoulement.
E XEMPLE : Ray Grass ou Avoine
M ONTAGE :
- Fixer les agitateurs renforcés sur l'agitateur du
semoir par l'intermédiaire des étriers.
- Déposer les agitateurs renforcés dès qu'ils ne
sont plus nécessaires afin de ne pas faire
travailler inutilement la transmission.
Multiplicateur de rotation du variateur
Le multiplicateur est a utiliser pour tout travail à
grande vitesse à dose élevée de semis.
M ONTAGE :
- Déposer le carter situé à gauche du variateur.
- A l'intérieur du carter, récupérer le pignon 12
dents et la chaîne.
- Déposer le pignon 25 dents placé sur l'arbre de
distribution (cannelures) arrière ainsi que la
chaîne placée entre le variateur et ce pignon.
- Goupiller le pignon 12 dents et monter la chaîne
correspondant.
- Ranger les éléments échangés dans le carter.
- Reposer le carter.
U TILISATION DU MULTIPLICATEUR
Par rapport au réglage initial, le débit est multiplié
par 2.
- Suivre la colonne B dans les tableaux de débit.

Reinforced agitator
Use the special agitator if the seed is not flowing well.
E XAMPLE : Rye Grass or Oats
A SSEMBLY :
- Fix the reinforced agitators on the drill agitator
using the clamps.
- Remove the reinforced agitators as soon as they are
no longer necessary to prevent unnecessary work
for the transmission.
Variator rotation speed multiplier
The multiplier is to be used for all high speed work
with high seed application rates.
A SSEMBLY :
- Remove the guard located to the left of the variator.
- Retrieve the 12 tooth cog and the chain from inside
the guard.
- Remove the 25 tooth cog from the rear distribution
shaft (fluted roller) and the chain between the
variator and the cog.
- Fit the 12 tooth cog and the corresponding chain.
- Put the exchanged parts away in the guard.
- Replace the guard.
U SE OF THE MULTIPLIER
Output is double the original setting.
- Follow column B in the calibration tables.
