Traceurs
a) Mise en position de travail
Les traceurs sont conçus pour un marquage au centre
en RW 6 et 8 m du tracteur et à la roue en RW 9 m.
Les traceurs fonctionnent avec un distributeur double
effet.
La remontée et la descente des traceurs s'effectuent
toujours dans le même sens avec la manette du
distributeur.
Une vanne d'inversion automatique inverse la direction
de l'huile à chaque manoeuvre vers l'autre traceur.
La distance de la dernière ligne de semis au disque de
traceur est égale à une 1/2 largeur de travail plus un
1/2 écartement.
Il est possible de régler l'inclinaison du disque pour
avoir un marquage au sol plus ou moins important en
faisant pivoter le support dans sa lumière .
- Déplier entièrement un traceur.
- Retirer la broche de blocage

Ce verrou à pour but de limiter la course du
vérin pour ne travailler qu'avec le deuxième et le
troisième bras lors des manœuvres en bout de
champs.
- Replier le traceur.
- Déplier entièrement l'autre traceur.
- Basculer le verrou.
Les traceurs sont prêts a fonctionner
La partie terminale du traceur peut se rétracter afin de
diminuer la largeur de transport en RW 9m
(un blocage par boulons est prévu).

Markers
a) Setting to working position
The markers are designed for marking in the centre
of the tractor on the RW 6 and 8m and on the
wheel on the RW 9m.
The markers are operated with a double acting
spool valve.
The raising and lowering of the markers is always
carried out in the same direction with the spool
valve handle.
An automatic switchover valve reverses the
direction of the oil with each manoeuvre towards
the other marker.
The distance of the last seed row to the marker disc
is equal to half of the working width plus half a row
width.
It is possible to adjust the angle of the disc to
increase or reduce the mark made on the ground
by pivoting the support in its socket.
- Completely unfold one marker.
- Withdraw the locking pin

The job of this lock is to limit the travel of the
ram so that it only works with the second and
third sections of the arm during manoeuvres at
the end of the field.
- Fold the marker back up.
- Completely unfold the other marker.
- Tilt the ram positioning lock.
The markers are ready to operate.
The end part of the marker can be retracted so
as to reduce the transport width of the RW 9m
model (it can be locked in place with bolts).
