5 - Essai de débit
(voir la notice du boîtier électronique si le semoir
est équipé avec un ULTRON MS
a) Mise en place de l'essai
- Procurez-vous une balance précise et un
récipient.
- Avant d'effectuer votre essai, vérifier qu'il n'y
ait personne près du semoir.
D EMARCHE :
a . Dévisser les molettes

b . Pousser les injecteurs


c . Mettre l'auget
Ž
sous la distribution.
d . Prendre la manivelle et la placer au niveau
de l'axe d'entrée du variateur.
Si le semoir est équipé d'un système de
jalonnage, vérifier que le boîtier électronique ne
commande pas la position "jalonnage" et que
toutes les cannelures sont entraînées.
- Effectuer l’essai de débit suivant les
recommandations des pages suivantes.
- Refermer les injecteurs.
- Remettre l'auget en position carter.
5 – Calibration test
(see the insert on the electronic unit if the drill is
fitted with an ULTRON MS)
a) Setting up the test
- Obtain an accurate set of scales and a container.
- Before carrying out your test, check that there is
nobody around the drill.
P ROCEDURE :
a. Unscrew the knobs

b. Slide back the injectors


c. Place the trough

under the distributor.
d. Take the crank and fit it to the input shaft of the
variator.
If the drill is fitted with a tramlining system, check
that the electronic unit is not controlling the
tramlining and that all the fluted rollers are driven.
- Carry out the calibration test in accordance with
the recommendations contained in the pages
that follow.
- Close the injectors.
- Replace the trough in the guard position.
