Echange d’une roue
- Déplier la machine sur un sol ferme.
- Placer 2 cales de 5 cm d'épaisseur mini sous au
moins 4 roues de chaque coté de la roue a
démonter.
- Monter le semoir en position haute sur ces cales.
- Caler la machine.
- Démonter le décrottoir de la roue concernée.
- Dévisser l'axe de roue.
- Déposer la roue vers le bas et l'avant.
- Reposer la nouvelle roue.
- Bloquer l'axe de roue (27 daN.m).
- Reposer le semoir au sol.
N OTA :
Contrôler le serrage de l'axe de roue concerné après
20 h d'utilisation.
Changing a wheel
- Open out the machine on firm ground.
- Place 2-off minimum 5cm thick wedges beneath
at least 4 wheels at each side of the wheel that
is to be removed.
- Position the drill in the raised position on these
wedges.
- Wedge the machine.
- Remove the scraper from the relevant wheel.
- Unscrew the wheel spindle.
- Remove the wheel by dropping it downwards
and forwards.
- Fit the new wheel.
- Tighten the wheel spindle (27 daN.m).
- Lower the seed drill back down to the ground.
NB :
Check the tightness of the relevant wheel spindle after
20 hours of use.
