Manœuvre en bout de champ
Le semoir semi porté donne une plus grande liberté
de manœuvre avec un gain de temps appréciable
Toutefois, nous conseillons la démarche suivante :
Un boîtier multifonctions permet de sélectionner 3
circuits différents sur un seul distributeur double effet
du tracteur.
Ce boîtier commande les traceurs, le rouleau et les
disques avant.
En basculant le bouton d’une fonction vers le haut, la
fonction est activée.
Il est possible de faire marcher chaque fonction
individuellement, 2 fonctions combinées ou les 3 en
mêmes temps.
Pour la manœuvre en bout de champ :
Nous vous conseillons de placer les 3 boutons vers le
haut. Dans ce cas, en bout de champ; par une seule
pression sur le distributeur tracteur, le traceur se
repliera, les disques avant seront relevés au
maximum pour donner du dégagement pendant la
manoeuvre et la machine se relèvera.
N OTA : le relevage du bras de roue et de la rampe
de semis sont couplés avec la manœuvre du rouleau.
Afin d'optimiser le temps de manœuvre en bout de
champ et limiter la compaction:
Nous vous conseillons de ne pas faire marche arrière
pour le demi-tour mais d'effectuer une boucle. De
cette façon, il est inutile de manipuler le relevage du
tracteur dans le cas d'une utilisation avec tasse arrière
central, ainsi le poids du semoir est réparti entre le
rouleau et le tasse central pour ne pas accroître les
traces de roues du tracteur.
R EMARQUE :
Une cale est boulonnée sur le vérin de relevage afin
de limiter la course du vérin lors des opérations de
travail et de transport sur route attelé au tracteur.

chargement sur camion avec remorques surbaissées à
rampes.
End of field manoeuvres
The semi-mounted drill provides greater freedom of
manoeuvrability and a considerable saving in time
However, we recommend the following procedure:
A multifunction control unit enables you to select
three different circuits on one single double acting
spool valve on the tractor.
This unit controls the markers, the roller and the front
discs.
Activate a function by switching its control knob
upwards.
It is possible to operate each function individually, or 2
functions in combination, or all three at the same time.
For end of field manoeuvres:
You are advised to switch all three control knobs
upwards. In this case, at the end of the field, by one
press on the tractor’s spool valve, the marker will fold
up, the front discs will be lifted to their maximum
height to give clearance during the manoeuvre and
the machine will lift up.
NB : lifting of both the wheel arm and the coulter
bar is linked with the movement of the roller.
In order to optimise the time spent on end of field
manoeuvres and to reduce compaction:
We recommend that you do not reverse to turn
around, but instead turn in a loop. Doing this means
that you do not need to operate the tractor lifting
mechanism if using the rear central packer, and in this
way the weight of the seed drill is distributed between
the roller and the central packer so as not to increase
the wheel marks left by the tractor.
N OTE : :
A spacer is bolted to the lift cylinder in order to limit
the travel of the cylinder during working and trailed
transportation by tractor on the road. Remove this
spacer only when loading onto a truck and low loader
trailer with ramps.
