Maintenance
The better you maintain your machine, the more
satisfied you will be with it
a ) Cleaning
- Blow out the inside of the hopper, the injector
and the distribution head.
- The metering mechanism must be cleaned and
checked regularly in order to remove possible
deposits of treatment dusts, which could reduce
the flow.
- Wash the seed drill, protecting the entrance to
the fan, the injector and the distribution head.
After washing, you are advised to run the fan.
Wear safety glasses and gloves to avoid any
injury when cleaning and maintaining the
machine. If there are seeds remaining in the
machine, wear a dust-mask to avoid inhaling them.
- Check at regular intervals and at the end of the
season that there are no foreign bodies that
might block the distribution head or the transport
tubes.
b ) Maintenance
- Check the tension of the drive wheel arm chain.
Lubrication
The disc bearings should be lubricated until grease
runs out of them.
For the other lubricants, 2 to 3 pumps from the grease
gun will suffice.
NB :
Each time you pressure wash the machine, it must be
completely re-lubricated.

a ) Nettoyage
- Souffler à l'intérieur de la trémie, de l'injecteur et
de la tête d'éclatement.
- Le doseur se nettoie et se contrôle régulièrement
afin de supprimer les dépôts éventuels de
poudre de traitement qui pourrait diminuer le
débit.
- Laver le semoir en protégeant l'entrée de la
turbine, l'injecteur et la tête d'éclatement.
Après le lavage, il est conseillé de faire fonctionner la
turbine.
Pour le nettoyage et l'entretien, porter des
lunettes de protection et gants pour éviter
toutes blessures. S'il reste de la semence
porter un masque anti poussière pour éviter toute
inhalation.
- Vérifier à intervalles réguliers et en fin de saison
qu’il n’y a aucun corps étranger pouvant
bloquer la tête de distribution ou les tuyaux de
transport.
b ) Entretien
- Vérifier la tension de la chaîne du bras de roue
d'entraînement.
Graissage
Les paliers de disques sont a graisser jusqu'à ce que
la graisse sorte.
Pour les autres graisseurs 2 à 3 coups de pompe
suffisent.
N OTA :
Après chaque lavage à haute pression, la machine est
a regraisser entièrement.
