Vérifier le niveau du réducteur
- huile recommandée = total carter EP 220 = 1,8 l
(S160H / D190H), quantité = 2,5 l. (D240 / D290).
Il est conseillé de changer l’huile:
Après les premières 50 heures de fonctionnement,
puis toutes les 1000 heures.
• Toutes les 30 heures:
D ISTRIBUTEUR CENTRIFUGE HYDRAULIQUE :
• Vérifier l’état des joints des moteurs hydrauliques
• Vérifier et changer, si besoin est, les ailettes de
dispersion
• Vérifier le serrage des boulons
• Graisser avec de la graisse à roulements les 2
graisseurs du bloc centrifuge
R AMPE D ’ ÉPANDAGE HYDRAULIQUE :
• Vérifier l’alignement des extensions.
• Vérifier l’état et la tension des tirants de
haubannage.
• Vérifier l’état des manchons d’entraînement des
filets.
• Vérifier l’état des filets, des paliers.
• Vérifier le serrage des boulons.
• Vérifier l’état général et le bon fonctionnement des
sécurités de rampes.
• Vérifier l’état des rouleaux anti-vibration situé au
milieu des rampes à vis.
• Vérifier l’état des flexibles hydrauliques, des
raccords, des joints des vérins et des moteurs
hydrauliques.
• Graisser avec de la graisse à roulement:
les 2 graisseurs des sécurités de rampes
les 2 graisseurs des paliers
les 2 graisseurs des bras d’articulation
les 4 graisseurs des rotules des vérins.
Check the amount of oil in the reduction gear
total carter EP 220 oil is recommended, quantity = 1.8
litres (S160H-D190H), 2.5 litres (D240-D290).

C ENTRIFUGAL HYDRAULICS SPREADER :
• Check the state of the hydraulic motor seals
• Check and change, if necessary, the spreader blades
• Check that all the bolts are tight
• Grease with bearing grease the 2 grease nipples on
the centrifugal unit
H YDRAULIC SPREADING BOOM :
• Check that the extensions are aligned.
• Check the state and the tension of the cable tie rod.
• Check the state of the drive coupling threads.
• Check the state of the bearing threads.
• Check that all the bolts are tight.
• Check the overall state and that the boom safety
devices are in good working order.
• Check the state of the anti-vibration rollers which
can be found in the middle of the augers.
• Check the state of the hydraulic hoses, the unions,
the actuator seals and the hydraulic motors.
• Grease with bearing grease:
the 2 grease nipples on the booms safety devices
the 2 grease nipples for the bearings
the 2 grease nipples for the arm articulations
the 4 grease nipples for the actuator ball joints
