Prise de force, hydraulique, suiveur forcé
• Suivant les options, il existe 3 grandes possibilités
pour l’animation des différentes fonctions
hydrauliques.
1 ÈRE POSSIBILITÉ :
Toutes les fonctions sont à raccorder sur des
distributeurs hydrauliques du tracteur.
2 ÈME POSSIBILITÉ :
Les moteurs hydrauliques des disques et ou des vis
sont animés par une centrale hydraulique qui est
entraîné par la prise de force du tracteur. La mise
en route et l’arrêt des moteurs hydrauliques se fait
avec l’enclenchement de la p.d.f. Les autres
fonctions hydrauliques éventuelles sont à raccorder
sur les distributeurs hydrauliques du tracteur.
3 ÈME POSSIBILITÉ :
La majorité des fonctions sont animées par une
centrale hydraulique entraîné par la p.d.f. du
tracteur.
La console électro-hydraulique AXION permet
le pilotage des différentes fonctions. Pour son
utilisation, voir la notice AXION.
Dans tous les cas le régime est de 1000 Tr/mn, il
est recommandé d’embrayer la prise de force,
moteur au ralenti.
Possibilité de 540 Tr/mn avec multiplicateur de
pompe rapport 3,5 au lieu de 2.
• Lire attentivement la notice jointe avec la prise de
force.
• Angle de la transmission :
Pour garder votre cardan en bon état de
fonctionnement, respecter les positions de
travail dans la limite de l’angle maximum
autorisé, 35° pour les transmissions
standard, 80° pour les cardans grand-angle.
• Montage :
- Graisser l’arbre d’entrée du multiplicateur de
pompe à l’avant de l’appareil, avant d’emboîter la
transmission.
PTO, hydraulics, forced steering
• Depending on the options, there are 3 main
possibilities for driving the different hydraulic
functions.
1 ST POSSIBILITY :
All the functions are connected to the tractors'
hydraulic valves.
2 ND POSSIBILITY :
The hydraulic motors for the discs and/or screws
are driven by the central hydraulics. The central
hydraulics are driven by the tractors' PTO. The
hydraulic motors are stopped and started by
engaging the PTO. The other possible hydraulic
functions should be connected to the tractors'
hydraulic valves.
3 RD POSSIBILITY :
Most of the functions are driven by the central
hydraulics. The central hydraulics are driven by the
tractors' PTO.
The AXION electro-hydraulic console allows the
different functions to be controlled. For more
information on how to use the console, please
consult the AXION user instructions.
In any case the rating is 1000 rpm. When the motor
is idling, it is recommended that you keep the PTO
engaged.
There is a possibility of 540 rpm if the pump
multiplier has a gear ratio of 3.5 instead of 2.
• Please read the instructions which are attached to
the PTO carefully.
• Transmission angle:
To keep your universal joint in good working order,
make sure that the working positions are kept
within the maximum authorised angle limit; 35° for
the standard PTO shaft, 80° for the wide angle
universal joints.
• Fitting:
- Grease the pump multiplier input shaft which is at
the front of the machine before engaging the PTO
shaft.
