OMMANDE HYDRAULIQUE :
Le cas échéant, à brancher sur un distributeur simple
effet du tracteur. L’action sur le distributeur a pour
effet de DEBRAYER. Le tapis sera donc embrayé si le
distributeur est relâché.
Attention
Le vérin simple effet de l’embrayage, sous l’action des
ressorts de rappel, permet d’embrayer à nouveau
lorsque l’on relâche le levier du distributeur.
Cependant afin d’obtenir l’embrayage total et le
décollement de 1 à 2 mm du coulisseau
• Il faut maintenir le levier pendant quelques
secondes, ou bien le bouton de commande si
l’appareil est équipé d’une centrale hydraulique.
• Il faut laisser tourner les doubles disques dans
les virages, pour ne pas avoir à les relancer
ensuite.
• Il faut arrêter les vis (rampes d’épandage) dans
les virages, pour qu’elles restent pleines et que
le redémarrage soit immédiat après le virage.
A chaque extrémité du champ, il faut débrayer le tapis
convoyeur pour arrêter l’épandage pendant le virage.
Embrayer à nouveau lorsque l’arrière de la machine se
trouve à environ 20m du bord du champ.

 Hydraulic control system:
If necessary, this should be connected to a single
action spool valve on the tractor. The action on the
spool valve has a DISENGAGING effect. The
conveyor belt is therefore engaged if the spool valve
is loosened.
Warning
The single action clutch actuator, when actioned by
the recoil springs, allows re-engagement when the
spool valve lever is loosened.
However to obtain total engagement and the slider
lifting by 1 to 2 mm
• You must hold the lever for a few seconds, or
the control button if the machine is fitted with
central hydraulics.
• Let the twin discs rotate when turning so that
they do not have to be started up again
afterwards.
• Stop the screws (spreader booms) when turning
so that they remain full and start up again as
soon as you are around the turn.
The conveyor belt clutch has to be released each time
the end of the field is reached to pause spreading
when turning. Re-engage the clutch when the rear of
the machine is approx. 20 metres from the edge of
the field.
