Réglage du débit
a) Réglage
Le DPA est une machine avec distribution dite volumétrique.
Le débit est obtenu en jouant sur la hauteur de la
trappe d'ouverture à la sortie du tapis. La commande
est manuel ou suivant les options avec la console
AXION (voir notice AXION).
Remarque:
Pour les petits débit/ha (hauteur de trappe à 4 cm)
mettre en position la deuxième trappe inox
(divise
le débit par 3 et donc par conséquence la nouvelle
hauteur de trappe doit être multiplié par 3).

Exemple :
On obtient une hauteur de trappe de 2 cm pour une
quantité/ha de 300 kg.
Il est donc nécessaire de mettre en place la trappe
inox. Dès lors il faut modifier la hauteur de la trappe
et la mettre à 6 cm (2x3) pour conserver les 300
kg/ha.
Adjusting the flow rate
a) Settings
The DPA is a machine with volumetric spreading.
The flow rate is obtained by adjusting the shutter opening
height at the conveyor belt output. This is manually
controlled or following the AXION console options (please
consult the Axion user instructions)
Note:
For low flow rates/ha (shutter height 4 cm) position the
second stainless steel shutter
(dividing the flow rate by 3
means that the new shutter height must be multiplied by 3).

Example:
A shutter height of 2cm is obtained for a quantity/ha of
300kg.
It is therefore necessary to set up the stainless steel shutter.
Consequently the shutter height must be modified and set
to 6 cm (2x3) in order to maintain 300 kg/ha.
