Réglages / Settings
• Les indications suivantes sont celles qui vous
permettront d’obtenir un épandage optimum dans
des conditions favorables. Pour palier les éventuels
problèmes si les conditions sont défavorables (ex.:
vent fort, hygrométrie importante, granulométrie
variable, densité variable, etc...) tenir compte des
points suivants:
- Les déflecteurs réglables permettent d’affiner les
courbes d’épandage, et les différentes positions
sont choisies en fonction des différents produits.
- Pour un réglage donné, lorsqu’on déplace les
déflecteurs en direction de la position 6, pour les
déflecteurs de côté, et 5 pour les déflecteurs
centraux,une plus grande partie du produit est
ramenée derrière la machine, ce qui diminue la
largeur d’épandage.
- Lorsque l’on tend à aller vers la position 10 pour
les déflecteurs latéraux et 1 pour les déflecteurs
centraux, une plus grande partie du produit est
projetée plus loin de la machine. En poussant ce
réglage, on obtient une courbe de répartition plus
abrupte en extrémité, la largeur d’épandage
augmente légèrement, et il devient plus important
de la respecter.
- L’augmentation de la largeur d’épandage se fera
dans la majeure partie des cas, en inclinant les
ailettes vers la position 2.
• Epandage unilatéral.
Pour les petites surfaces, ou les zones de bordures,
l’épandage unilatéral peut être obtenu en obturant
la moitié de la trappe.
Pour ce faire, il convient d’utiliser une trappe double
à commande hydraulique ou bien une trappe
obturatrice.
• The following settings will provide you with peak
spreading performance in favourable conditions.
The following points should be borne in mind to
counter any problems that may arise in
unfavourable conditions (e.g. strong wind, high
moisture levels, varying grainsize or density, etc.):
- The adjustable deflectors can be used to make
minute alterations to the spreading curves, whilst
the various positions are selected to suit the
different products.
- For any given setting, move the lateral deflectors
toward position 6 and the centre deflectors to
position 5 to draw a larger amount of the product
to the rear of the machine and to reduce the
spreading width.
- If the lateral deflectors are moved more toward
position 10 and the centre deflectors more toward
position 1, more of the product is spread further
from the machine.
As this setting is stepped up, the spreading curve
becomes more sudden at the ends, the spreading
width increases slightly, and it becomes more
important to stay with the width.
- In most cases, tilting the blades to position 2
increases the spreading width.
• Single sided spreading.
For small or field border areas, single sided
spreading can be achieved by blocking off half of
the shutter.
To do this, you will need to use the hydraulically
controlled twin shutter or a blocking shutter.
