Switching on the SCART audio output

By default, the SCART audio output is Off
(since you would usually want to listen to the
soundtrack through this system, rather than
your TV). If you need to turn it on, you can.

Press TV.

Press SYS MENU.

(cursor left/right)

buttons to select ‘SCART Audio Output’.

Use the

(cursor up/down)

buttons to select ‘On’ or ‘Off’.

Press ENTER.

Using the component video
outputs

(US model only)

Use a commercially available three-

way component video cable to connect
the COMPONENT OUT to a component
video input on your TV.

• The component video output can be set

to output progressive or interlace video.

Listening to TV programs
through this system

This system has a pair of stereo audio inputs
so that you can listen to the audio from your
TV through the speakers of this system.

Use a stereo audio cable with RCA pin

plugs to connect the TV INPUT to the
stereo audio output on your TV.

You can set the TV audio input to RCA or
SCART.
