ouR saFetY tips
• It is recommended to hand wash all components of your fondue set to maintain the finish
of the material.
• Allow the fondue set to cool before cleaning. It is recommended to use oven mitts
when handling a hot fondue pot.
• Do not put the fondue pot in the oven.
• Do not place the empty fondue pot on a heat source such as the stovetop or over
the lit burner.
• Never leave the fondue set unattended. There is a live flame at your table.
if fondue fuel / burner
• 1. Fill the burner with gelled fuel using either a drop-in capsule or bottled gelled fuel.
Follow the directions as noted on the enclosed instruction sheet for burner use.
Light the burner, then gently put the lit burner in the appropriate place provided
for in the stand.
Burner adjustment
• 2. Adjust the flame to the appropriate level using the handle of the burner. A medium setting
is usually in order. Your flame should not be too aggressive.
extinguishing burner
• 3. To extinguish the flame of your burner at the end of your meal, position the burner handle
to cover all of the air vents, then place cap on top of the burner. Should at any time a flame
be visible from under the lip of the burner’s lid, follow the same steps as noted above
to extinguish the flame. Do not add fuel to a hot burner. Flame may not be visible.
Ensure burner is cool to touch before refilling or use another burner.
saFetY hasaRd : do not use liQuid Fondue Fuel
if candle light (for chocolate fondue only)
• 1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• 2. Keep burning candle out of reach of children and pets.
• 3. Always leave at least 1 in / 2 cm between burning candles.
• 4. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch on fire.

Enjoy your meal but always be careful. There is a live flame at your table.
Remember children are attracted to flames. Be sure that paper products,
table decor, etc., are used with care.
