Fondue Recipes & instRuctions
FoR Meat, cheese and chocolate

For your safety and enjoyment, follow these few recommendations:
For meat / seafood fondue
•
Fondue pot & stand
•
1. Place the stand in the middle of your dining table.
•
2. Prepare broth or oil (peanut oil recommended) in a separate sauce pan and heat on
stovetop. When ready, transfer broth and/or oil into the fondue pot and place on the stand.

For cheese / chocolate fondue
•
Fondue pot & stand
•
1. Place the stand in the middle of your dining table.
•
2. Prepare your cheese or chocolate fondue in a separate sauce pan as suggested
in the recipes in this pamphlet (or others) or follow instructions as noted on a cheese
or chocolate fondue ready-mix package. When ready, transfer cheese or chocolate
into the fondue pot or insert (if 3 in 1 product) and place on the stand.

For 3 in 1 fondue with double boiler insert
•
Boiler instructions
•
Use the stoneware boiler insert as follows for cheese or chocolate fondue:
•
1. Fill the steel fondue pot 1/4 with boiling water and place on stand.
•
2. Prepare your cheese or chocolate fondue in a separate saucepan on your stove.
•
3. When ready pour into stoneware boiler, then place the boiler insert in the steel fondue
pot with the boiling water (see picture below). Do not use the steel fork guide.
•
4. Adjust flame to ensure that water continues to simmer. Please note: Do not allow water
to completely evaporate.
