tracks
Erase the entire program and create a new
one.

To erase the program of a whole CD
Press ^ OPEN/CLOSE for that CD.

T/ie

whole program is erased also when:

• you select other play modes.
• you disconnect the cord.

To add one whole CD to the end of a
program during play

Press DISC 1 - 5 to add one whole CD as
one program step.
You cannot add individual tracks from a
CD during play.

Notes

If total playing time does not appear

during programming, the total
programmed time has exceeded 1000
minutes.

• If you have programmed 32 STEPs, "STEP

FULL" appears in the display.

To see the "STEP" display

Press TIME during stop mode.
The total playing time display changes for
1 second to the display showing the number of
programmed STEPs.

Playing Repeatedly

(repeat play)

The repeat play function repeats a single
CD or all CDs in normal play and program
play, and a single CD in shuffle play

(1 DISC mode only). The player can also

repeat a single track in normal play mode
only.

Press REPEAT once so that "REPEAT"
appears in the display.

choose the CD.
The total number of tracks and the total
playing time are displayed.

Press MEMO INPUT.

The cursor under the first character
flashes. (The name of the disc memo
appears if you have already assigned a
name to that CD.)

Press CHARACTER or ► to select

the letter or symbol for the first
character while the character is flashing.
(See "You can use these letters and
symbols" on the next page.)

You can assign a name within 10 characters
(letters or symbols) for each CD. The name
appears in the display every time you put
the disc on the player. You can input a disc
memo only when the player is stopped.
