Contrôle du circuit hydraulique
a) Périodicité de vérification
Au bout des 10 premières heures de fonctionnement,
puis toutes les 50 heures de travail.
➩ a - Vérifiez l'étanchéité de tous les composants
du circuit hydraulique.
➩ b - Si nécessaire, resserrez les raccords vissés.
b) Avant chaque mise en service
➩ a - Effectuez un examen visuel des conduites
hydrauliques à la recherche de défauts.
➩ b - Éliminez les zones de frottement au niveau
des conduites hydrauliques.
➩ c - Remplacez immédiatement les conduites
hydrauliques usées ou endommagées.
c)Critères d'inspection concernant les
conduites hydrauliques
R EMPLACEZ LES CONDUITES HYDRAULIQUES SI ,
LORS DE L ' INSPECTION , VOUS EFFECTUEZ L ' UNE DES
CONSTATATIONS SUIVANTES :
• Détérioration de la couche extérieure jusqu'à la
garniture
(par ex. zones de frottement, coupures, fissures).
• Fragilisation de la couche extérieure (formation
de fissures sur l'enveloppe).
• Déformations ne correspondant pas à la forme
naturelle du flexible ou de la conduite, que ce
soit à l'état sans pression ou sous pression, ou
en flexion (par ex., séparation de couches,
formation de cloques, points d'écrasement,
cintrages).
• Zones non étanches.
• Endommagement ou déformation de l'embout
(nuisant à l'étanchéité); les petites
détériorations superficielles ne constituent pas
un motif de remplacement.
• Flexible se détachant de l'embout.
• Corrosion de l'embout, entraînant une réduction
de la fonction et de la solidité.
Checking the hydraulic circuit
a) Checking frequency
After the first 10 operating hours, then every 50
working hours.
³ a - Check the seal on all the hydraulic circuit
components.
³ b - If necessary, retighten the screw connections.
b) Before putting into service
³ a - Carry out a visual inspection of the hydraulic lines
to check for faults.
³ b - Eliminate any areas of friction along the hydraulic
lines.
³ c - Immediately replace any worn or damaged
hydraulic lines.
c) Hydraulic line inspection criteria
R EPLACE THE HYDRAULIC LINES IF , DURING INSPECTION ,
YOU NOTICE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING :
• deterioration of the external layer through to the
braiding
(e.g. areas of friction, cuts, cracks).
• that the external layer has become brittle
(formation of cracks).
• deformities that do not correspond to the natural
shape of the pipe or line, be it under pressure or
not, or flexed (e.g. separation of layers, formation of
blisters, crushed sections, bent sections).
• areas that are not sealed.
• damage or deformity of the end fitting (which are
detrimental to the seal); small superficial areas of
damage do not constitute a reason for replacement.
• hose coming away from the end fitting.
• corrosion of the end fitting, leading to a reduction
in function and strength.
