c) Fonctionnement
- Vérifier qu'il n'y ait personne autour de la
machine lors du fonctionnement des traceurs
Les traceurs sont conçus pour un traçage au
centre du tracteur.
Ils fonctionnent en double effet.
- Mettre la pression hydraulique pour rentrer les 2
traceurs.
- Inverser le distributeur tracteur pour déplier un
traceur.
- Mettre la pression hydraulique dans l'autre sens
pour le replier.
En fin de course, une vanne automatique basculera
pour envoyer l'huile vers le traceur opposé pour la
manœuvre suivante.
d) Réglage
Il est possible de régler l'inclinaison du disque afin
d'avoir un marquage au sol plus ou moins
important.
Ce réglage s'effectue en tournant l'axe
dans la
bride .
N OTA :
Il est fortement conseillé de régler l'inclinaison du
disque au juste nécessaire pour obtenir une trace
visible, ceci afin de ne pas faire forcer inutilement les
traceurs.
Les traceurs sont pré réglés d'usine.
- Toutefois, si vous désirez ajuster ce réglage,
faites coulisser la spire sur le bras du traceur, en
desserrant la bride
.
- Vérifier le serrage de la bride après quelques
heures d’utilisation puis après la première
journée de travail.
La distance de la dernière ligne de semis au disque
traceur est égale à une 1/2 largeur de travail plus un
1/2 écartement.

c) Operation
- Ensure that all personnel are a safe distance from
the machine when the markers are in operation.
The markers are designed to make a mark along the
centre line of the tractor.
The are operated using a double acting spool valve.
- Apply hydraulic pressure to raise the 2 markers.
- Reverse the spool valve on the tractor to unfold a
marker.
- Apply hydraulic pressure in the opposite direction
to fold it back up.
At the end of the field, an automatic valve will switch to
send the oil to the opposite marker for the next
manoeuvre.
d) Adjustment
It is possible to adjust the angle of the disc in order
to make a firmer or lighter mark in the ground.
This adjustment is done by turning the pin
in the
clamp .
NB:
You are strongly advised to set the angle of the disc
so that it is just enough to obtain a visible mark, in
order not to force the markers through the ground
unnecessarily.
The markers are pre-set in the factory.
- However if you wish to adjust this setting, slide the
spring on the marker arm whilst loosening the
clamp .
- Check that the clamp is still tight after several
hours of use then after the first day’s work.
The distance of the last seed row to the marker disk is
equal to half of the working width plus half a row width.
