IV. MAINTENANCE - EVERY 6 MONTHS
WARNING
Shut OFF all electrical power and lock/tag out the
switch before attempting maintenance work.
NOTE: It is recommended that the 6-month maintenance
be performed by an authorized Middleby Marshall tech-
nician.
A. Check the brushes on the conveyor drive motor.
When worn to less than 1/10" (2.4mm), replace the
brushes.
B. Clean and inspect the burner nozzle and electrode
assembly. Also, check the oven venting system.
C. Check the bushings and spacers of the conveyor idler
shaft and drive shaft assemblies. Replace them, if they
are worn.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
• The installation, startup, and changes required
when changing from one gas type to another can
be performed only by an authorized service
technician.
• Installation of replacement parts requiring access
to the interior of the oven is permitted only by an
authorized service technician.
• If there are any problems with the operation of
the oven, an authorized service technician must
be called.
• It is suggested to obtain a service contract with a
manufacturer's authorized service technician.
IV. ENTRETIEN SEMESTRIEL
AVERTISSEMENT
Le courant doit être coupé et les interrupteurs verrouillés
ou étiquetés avant d’effectuer les opérations des étapes
A à C.
NOTE : Il est recommandé que les opérations d’entretien
semestriel soient effectuées par un technicien agréé par
Middleby Marshall.
A. Examiner les balais du moteur C.C. du convoyeur. Les
remplacer s’ils ont moins de 2,4 mm .
B. Nettoyer et examiner l’ensemble de buse et d’électrode du
brûleur. Vérifier également le système d’aération du four.
C. Vérifier les douilles et les bagues d’espacement des arbres
de convoyeur. Les remplacer si elles sont usées.
NOTES IMPORTANTES :
• L’installation, la mise en marche initiale et les modifica-
tions nécessaires pour changer de type de gaz doivent
impérativement être effectuées par un technicien autorisé.
• L’installation de pièces de rechange exigeant que l’on
accède à l’intérieur du four doit impérativement être
effectuée par un techicien autorisé.
• En cas de problème lors de l’utilisation du four, il est
impératif d’appeler l’technicien d’entretien/réparation
autorisé.
• Il est recommandé de souscrire un contrat de mainte-
nance avec un technicien d’entretien/réparation agréé
par le fabricant.
