Delivery (Figures 3-8 and 3-9)
CONVEYOR SPEED (BAKE TIME)- As stated previously,
conveyor speed (bake time) is defined as the amount of
time that elapses between the time the leading edge of a
pizza enters the oven and the leading edge exits the
oven.
Conveyor speed (bake time) is controlled by adjusting
the conveyor speed digital control. The setting on the
digital control dial indicates the actual conveyor speed
(bake time).
Bake Time will be the same for any size pizza

VITESSE DU CONVOYEUR (TEMPS DE CUISSON)-
Comme il a été dit ci-dessus, la vitesse du convoyeur (temps de
cuisson) est définie comme le temps écoulé entre le moment où
le bord avant du produit commence à s’engager dans le four et
celui où ce même bord avant commence à en ressortir.
La vitesse du convoyeur (temps de cuisson) se règle au moyen
de la commande numérique de vitesse du convoyeur. Le temps
indiqué au cadran de la commande est la vitesse du convoyeur
(temps effectif de cuisson).
Le temps de cuisson est indépendant de la taille du produit
TIME OF DELIVERY- Time Of Delivery is the amount of
elapsed time between the leading edge of a product
entering the oven and the
trailing edge of the product
being fully discharged (ready to be delivered to the
customer).

TEMPS DE LIVRAISON - Le temps de livraison est le temps
écoulé entre le moment où le bord avant du produit commence

et où le produit est prêt à être livré au client.
