Connexion à un téléviseur via un magnétoscope
✤ Si votre téléviseur n'est équipé d'aucune borne d’entrée pour les
périphériques et qu’un magnétoscope lui est connecté via un câble
coaxial, vous pouvez relier votre caméscope au téléviseur par
l'intermédiaire du magnétoscope.
■ Connexion à un magnétoscope branché à votre téléviseur
1. Connectez le câble multi AV à la prise jack multi AV de votre caméscope.
2. Connectez le câble multi AV aux bornes
d’entrée externes (ENTREE <LINE-IN>) de
votre magnétoscope en faisant
correspondre les couleurs des bornes.
3. Branchez la TV et le magnétoscope au
moyen du câble coaxial. Pour plus
d’informations, reportez-vous au
manuel d’instruction du magnétoscope
ou du téléviseur.
4. Réglez la source d’entrée de votre
magnétoscope sur la source d’entrée
externe connectée à votre caméscope.
■ Lecture d’une vidéo enregistrée
1. Allumez votre téléviseur et sélectionnez la source d’entrée externe
connectée à votre caméscope. Réglez le canal TV pour utiliser le
magnétoscope. Les canaux 3 et 4 sont le plus souvent utilisés.
2. Localisez la position souhaitée sur la cassette au moyen du bouton
(RETOUR EN ARRIERE) <REW> ou (AVANCE RAPIDE) <FF>.
3. Appuyez sur le bouton (LECTURE/PAUSE <PLAY/STILL>) du
caméscope pour lancer la lecture.
4. Pour arrêter la lecture, appuyez sur le bouton (ARRET <STOP>).
Remarques
✤ Si le magnétoscope possède une borne d’entrée S VIDEO, vous pouvez
utiliser S VIDEO pour une meilleure qualité.
✤ La borne S-VIDEO ne retransmet que la vidéo. Branchez les câbles
AUDIO pour le son.
✤ Si seule l'entrée audio mono est disponible sur votre téléviseur, utilisez
le câble audio avec la fiche blanche.

✤ If there are no input terminals for external devices on your TV set
and a VCR is connected to your TV set using a coaxial cable, you
can utilize the VCR to connect your camcorder to the TV set.
■ To Connect to a VCR that is Connected to Your TV Set
1. Connect the Multi-AV cable to your camcorder’s multi-AV jack.
2. Connect the Multi-AV cable to the External Inputs (LINE-IN) on the
VCR by matching the colors of the
terminals.
3. Connect the TV and VCR using the coaxial
cable. Refer to the Video or TV’s instruction
book for further connection details.
4. Set the input source of the VCR to the
external input source connected to your
camcorder.
■ To Play Back Recorded Video
1. Turn your TV on and select the external input source that is
connected with your camcorder. Set the TV channel to view the
VCR. 3 or 4 is most often used.
2. Locate the desired position on the tape using the (REW) or
(FF) button.
3. Press the (PLAY/STILL) button of the camcorder to start
playback.
4. To stop the playback, press the (STOP) button.
✤ If the VCR has an S-VIDEO input terminal, you may use S-VIDEO
for better quality.
✤ The S-VIDEO terminal transmits video only. Connect AUDIO
cables for sound.
✤ If only a mono audio input is available on the TV set, use the audio
cable with the white plug.
