Mode Mise au point automatique en continu <Continuous Auto Focus>
✤ Permet à l’utilisateur d’effectuer une mise au point rapide. La mise au
point automatique unique est moins rapide mais ménage la puissance
de la batterie.
✤ Lorsque c’est le mode Mise au point automatique en continu
<Continuous Manual Focus> qui est choisi, [Mise au point automatique
en continu] <[CAF]> s’affiche sur l’écran LCD.
1. Allumez votre appareil photo en plaçant le sélecteur de
mise sous tension sur le mode (PHOTO <CAMERA>).
2. Choisissez le mode (PROGRAM <PROGRAMME>), A,
S, M, ou SCENE à l’aide de Mode Dial <molette Mode>.
■ Le mode SCENE ne fonctionne qu’en mode
CHILDREN <ENFANTS> ou CLOSE-UP <MACRO>.
3. Appuyez sur le bouton Mise au point
manuelle/automatique <MF/AF> jusqu’à ce que [Mise au
point automatique en continu] [CAF] s’affiche pour régler
le mode Mise au point sur Mise au point automatique en
continu <Continuous Auto Focus>.
■ L’indicateur [Mise au point automatique en continu]
[CAF] s’affiche.
4. Appuyez sur le bouton PHOTO <PHOTO> pour prendre
votre photographie.
5. Pour revenir au mode Mise au point automatique <Auto
Focus>, appuyez sur le bouton Mise au point manuelle/
automatique <MF/AF> jusqu’à ce que l’indicateur [Mise
au point automatique en continu] [CAF] disparaisse.
Remarques
✤ Les modes VITE ET BIEN <EASYQ> et AUTO <AUTO> fonctionnent
automatiquement avec la MISE AU POINT AUTOMATIQUE <AUTO
FOCUS>.
✤ N’oubliez pas de confirmer le réglage de la mise au point en vous
servant de l’écran LCD ou du viseur lorsque vous utilisez la Mise au
point manuelle.
✤ L’utilisation de la mise au point automatique en continu <Continuous
Auto Focus> use davantage la batterie.

✤ Allows the user to focus rapidly, whereas the single auto focus
gives a less rapid response but saves battery power.
✤ When Continuous Auto Focus mode is selected, [CAF] is displayed
on the LCD monitor.
1. Turn your camera on by setting the Power Switch to
(CAMERA) mode.
2. Turn the Mode Dial to set (PROGRAM), A, S, M
or SCENE mode.
■ For SCENE mode, it only works in CHILDREN
and CLOSE-UP modes.
3. Press the MF/AF button until [CAF] is displayed to
set the focus mode to Continuous Auto Focus.
■ The [CAF] indicator is displayed.
4. Press the PHOTO button to take photo.
5. To return to Auto Focus Mode, press the MF/AF button until the
[CAF] indicator disappears.
✤ EASYQ mode selects the AUTO FOCUS automatically.
✤ Be sure to confirm that the focus is set using the LCD monitor or
the viewfinder when Manual Focusing is used.
✤ Continuous Auto Focus will consume more battery power.
