The offset neutral bus splice assembly consists of a ‘Z’
shaped bus bar that connects two neutral buses. This offset
splice bar comes braced to the neutral bus from factory.
With the sections previously aligned according to Chapter 4
(Connecting the Section Frames), proceed to detach the bar
from the neutral bus. Next, locate it in place as shown in
figure 32 (Left). Proceed to insert the provided ½”-13 bolts
on left and right holes, and torque accordingly. Refer to
Table 1 for torque value.
