LIGHTING AND OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1) FILL WA TER TANK TO FILL LINE, MAINT AIN WA TER LEVEL AT ALL TIMES
2) GAS CYLINDER AND REGULATOR MUST BE IN OFF POSITION
3) OPEN GAS CYLINDER VAL VE, AND PLACE A LIT MATCH TO THE BURNER HEAD.
4) SLOWLY OPEN THE CONTROL REGULA TOR UNTIL THE BURNER IGNITES
5) OPERA TE BURNER AT HIGH SETTING UNTIL W ATER BOILS THEN ADJUST TO LOWER
SETTING
• IF IGNITION DOES NOT TAKE PLACE IMMED IATEL Y , TURN OFF CONTROL
REGULATOR AND L.P . CYLINDER VAL VE, WAIT 5 MINUTES AND REPEA T
LIGHTING PROCEDURE.
• Do not force the CONTROLS; damage to the Regulator valve may result.
• Visually check the flame ever y time you light your Pro Steamer . A good flame
should be mostly blue. If the flame is abnormally small or mostly yellow: shut off
the Pro Steamer and check the burner for blockage.
SHUT DOWN INSTRUCTIONS:
To prepare your charbroiler for long term storage, follow these steps:
1) Turn the control r egulator to the OFF position.
2) Turn the LP cylinder valve to the OFF position.
3) Ensure all bur ners are extinguished.
4) Disconnect LP CYLINDER (s) from the Pro Steamer when not in use.
6) Take care; your Pro Steamer is still hot
7) Drain your Pro Steamer appropriately only after is allowed to cool
CAUTION! Steam can cause severe bur ns, use caution when
operating the Pro Steamer , Wear pr otective gloves, never stand
directly in fr ont of the Pro Steamer when opening the lid, allow water
to cool completely before draining. Read all war nings and
instructions befor e operating the Pro-Steamer .
CAUTION! When lighting the burner , always hold a lit match or
extended lighter next to the burner head befor e opening the control
regulator . Open the control r egulator slowly until the burner lgnites,
then slowly and gradually increase the pr essure to the desir ed heat
setting. If ignition does not immediately occur , tur n control r egulator
to closed position, close L.P cylinder valve and wait 5 minutes before
attempting to re-light. Keep persons and combustibles such as
clothing well away from bur ner access hole

1) REMPLISSEZ LE RÉSERVOIR D’EAU JUSQU’À LA LIGNE DE REMPLISSAGE ET
MAINTENEZ CE NIVEAU D’EAU EN PERMANENCE
2) LE RÉGULATEUR ET LE ROBINET DE GAZ DOIVENT ÊTRE FERMÉS
3) OUVREZ LE ROBINET DE GAZ ET PLACEZ UNE ALLUMETTE ENFLAMMÉE PRÈS DE LA
TÊTE DU BRÛLEUR.
4) OUVREZ LENTEMENT LE RÉGULATEUR JUSQU’À CE QUE LE BRÛLEUR S’ALLUME
5) RÉGLEZ LE BRÛLEUR AU NIVEAU MAXIMUM JUSQU’À CE QUE L’EAU BOUILLE PUIS
BAISSEZ LE RÉGLAGE
• SI LE BRÛLEUR NE S’ALLUME PAS IMMÉDIATEMENT, REFERMEZ LE
RÉGULATEUR. FERMEZ LE ROBINET DE LA BONBONNE DE GAZ, ET ATTENDEZ
5 MINUTES AVANT DE REPRENDRE LA PROCÉDURE D’ALLUMAGE.
• Ne forcez pas les boutons de commande car cela pourrait endommager le
régulateur.
• Vérifiez toujours visuellement la flamme chaque fois que vous allumez le Pro
Steamer. Une bonne flamme doit être généralement bleue. Si la flamme est
anormalement petite ou plutôt jaune : Éteignez le Pro Steamer et vérifiez si les
trous du brûleur ne sont pas bouchés.
POUR É TEINDRE LE CUISEUR :
1) Fermez le régulateur.
2) Fermez le robinet de la bonbonne de gaz.
3) Assurez-vous que tous les brûleurs sont Éteints.
4) Débranchez la bonbonne de gaz du Pro Steamer lorsque celui-ci n’est pas en usage.
6) Soyez prudent; votre Pro Steamer est encore chaud.
7) Ne videz le réservoir d’eau qu’une fois le Pro Steamer entièrement refroidi.
MISE EN GARDE! La vapeur d'eau peut causer des brûlures graves. Soyez
prudent en utilisant le Pro Steamer. Portez des gants de protection; ne
restez pas directement face au cuiseur lorsque vous ouvrez son couvercle;
attendez que l'eau ait complètement refroidi avant de vider le réservoir.
Lisez toutes les mises en garde et toutes les instructions avant d'utiliser le
Pro Steamer.
MISE EN GARDE! Pour allumer le brûleur, tenez toujours une longue
allumette ou un allume-barbecue enflammés près de la tête de combustion
avant d'ouvrir le régulateur de gaz. Ouvrez lentement le régulateur jusqu'à
ce que le brûleur s'allume, puis augmentez progressivement la pression
jusqu'à la température désirée. Si le brûleur ne s'allume pas
immédiatement, refermez le régulateur. Fermez le robinet de la bonbonne
de GPL, et attendez 5 minutes avant de reprendre la procédure d'allumage.
Éloignez des trous du brûleur les personnes et les matériaux combustibles
comme les vêtements.
