2) Réglage du débit

- Le régulateur de débit (RD)

Œ, permet le réglage

de la vitesse du tapis.

- Les tableaux suivants indiquent les réglages a

effectuer pour obtenir la quantité/ha souhaitée en

litre/ha.

1 Tableau pour 6Km/h / 8 Km/h / 10 Km/h

- Pour connaître la quantité/ha en kilogramme,

il faut prendre en compte la densité d’extraction.

Exemple: Un engrais A avec une densité = 0,70
La dose/ha souhaitée = 350 Kg
Alors la dose en litre = 350 : 0,70 = 500 litres/ha.

compost il est souhaitable d’avoir une grande
ouverture de trappe 400mm

2) Setting the flow rate

- The flow rate regulator (FR) (1), allows the speed of

the conveyor to be controlled.

- The following tables detail the adjustments that

need to be made in order to obtain the required
quantity / hectare in litres / hectare.
1 table for 6 km/hour / 8 km/hour / 10 km/hour

- To calculate the quantity / hectare in kg, you must

take the bulk density into account.

Example: Fertilizer A with a density of 0.70
Required dose per hectare = 350 kg
So the dose in litres = 350 / 0.70 = 500 litres
per hectare.

NB: for organic compost-type products it is advisable
to use a shutter with a large opening of 400 mm.
