Embrayage et débrayage du tapis convoyeur
L’épandeur est équipé d’une commande mécanique et
d’une commande hydraulique d’embrayage :

OMMANDE MÉCANIQUE :
la position D ÉBRAYÉE correspond au levier tiré.
(voir photo) Position route.
Lors du déplacement du matériel entre le lieu de
chargement et le champ, même si l’équipement
hydraulique du tracteur permet l’utilisation de la
commande hydraulique d’embrayage, actionner le
levier mécanique en le tirant vers le tracteur
(débrayage), et le bloquer en plaçant la goupille de
sécurité : de cette manière, même en cas de
défaillance du système hydraulique, il n’y a pas de
risque d’embrayage intempestif.

OMMANDE HYDRAULIQUE :
A brancher sur un distributeur simple effet du tracteur.
L’action sur le distributeur a pour effet de D
ÉBRAYER .
Le tapis sera donc embrayé si le distributeur est
relâché.
Attention
Le vérin simple effet de l’embrayage, sous l’action des
ressorts de rappel, permet d’embrayer à nouveau
lorsque l’on relâche le levier du distributeur.
Cependant afin d’obtenir l’embrayage total, il faut
maintenir le levier pendant quelques secondes.
• Il faut laisser tourner les doubles disques dans
les virages, pour ne pas avoir à les relancer
ensuite.
A chaque extrémité du champ, il faut débrayer le tapis
convoyeur pour arrêter l’épandage pendant le virage.
Engaging and disengaging the conveyor belt
The spreader includes both a mechanical and a
hydraulic clutch control:
ΠMechanical control system:
applying the lever will D ISENGAGE the belt.

When the equipment is being transferred from the
loading point to the field, even though the tractor’s
hydraulic system means that the hydraulic clutch
control can be used, pull the mechanical lever towards
the tractor (disengage) and secure with the locking
pin: this will prevent any risk of the clutch being
engaged suddenly, even if the hydraulic system fails.
 Hydraulic control system:
Connect the hydraulic control to one of the tractor’s
single-action spool valves. Operating the valve will
D
ISENGAGE the clutch, and the belt will be engaged if
the valve is released.
Important
The action of the return springs on the single-action
clutch cylinder allows the clutch to be engaged again
when the valve lever is released.
However, in order to ensure that the clutch is
completely engaged, the lever must be kept in
position for several seconds.
• Let the twin discs rotate when turning so that
they do not have to be started up again
afterwards.
The conveyor belt clutch has to be released each time
the end of the field is reached to pause spreading
when turning.
