0: No signals are recorded on the cue track, and the already

recorded signals are left on the track.

1: Signals are recorded on the cue track.

A-CUE

This selects the audio output mode during slow playback.
0: PCM mode

PCM sound is output at speeds from –0.43a to +1a, and the
cue sound is output at all other speeds.

1: CUE mode

PCM sound is output at the FWD 1a speed, and the cue sound
is output at all other speeds.

2: ALL CUE mode

Cue sound is output at all speeds including the FWD 1a speed.

AUTO MONI

AUTO

This selects the signal which is to be output to the speakers or
headphones.
0: The signal complies with the AUDIO MONITOR SELECT switch

setting.

1: The signals of the VTR selected by the VTR1/VTR2 button are

output.
In the VTR1/VTR2 simultaneous operation mode, the VTR1
signals are output to the left channel and the VTR2 signals are
output to the right channel.

The setting is fixed at V1+V2 when the OPERATION MODE
switch is set to SEPARATE.

O

The setting is fixed at V1+V2 when the CONTROL switch is set
to REMOTE or EXT VTR.

This selects the playback tracks when the ANALOG AUDIO OUT
switch is set to “V1•V2.”
(This setting takes effect in the 50 Mbps mode.)
0: The sound recorded on tracks 1 and 2 is played back.
1: The sound recorded on tracks 3 and 4 is played back.
