ScrubAir Pipette Washer/Dryer Controls


The control panel for the ScrubAir Pipette Washer/Dryer is shown below with a
description of its each function.

1. Main Power Switch- (Not shown- Located on right side of cabinet) turns the

unit on or off.

2. RUN/CANCEL Button- Initiates the wash cycle. Press and release to pause

the wash cycle, press and hold to cancel the wash cycle.

3. MENU Button - Used to scroll through menus to select wash cycles and to

program wash cycles. Used in diagnostics to scroll to individual washer
functions for testing.

4. SELECT Button - Used to set wash, rinse and dry cycle times and the number

of rinse cycles. Used in diagnostics to turn functions on and off.

5. Display- During run, displays cycle segment and the time remaining in that

segment. Display alternates to show total time remaining.

Testing Your Washer


Now that you have made the required water, air and electrical connections, a
series of diagnostic steps are provided in this section to test the operation of the
washer.

Before turning on the washer, make certain the water and air are turned on, there
are no leaks and no packing material remains inside the washer.

Running the Diagnostics


To ensure your washer is operating properly, perform the diagnostics procedure
detailed below, which will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Refer to the
figure above to familiarize yourself with the control panel before you begin the
procedure.
