f. Repeat Steps e and f for installation of the bracket to the other side of
the AVU1500.
g. Place the AVU1500 on the equipment rack.
h. Secure the AVU1500 to the equipment rack. Screws for mounting the
AVU1500 to the equipment rack are not provided as they are made
specifically for the particular equipment rack that you own. Contact
the manufacturer of the rack if you do not have the correct mounting
screws.
i. Replace the battery module before use..
j. Plug your AVU1500 back into a grounded wall outlet (3-pin 120V AC
outlet).
Entertainment Cabinet
To install your AVU1500 in an entertainment cabinet, there are a
few considerations:
• The AVU1500 is heavy. It is important that it is not stacked on top of
another home theater component as it may damage other components.
• The AVU1500 produces heat, which is vented through the rear panel
of the unit. The operating temperature of the AVU1500 should not
exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius). Therefore, the
entertainment cabinet in which the AVU1500 is installed should be
adequately ventilated in order to ensure safe and efficient operation.
