Features which can be enjoyed with DVD Karaoke discs

Virtual Duet function

(See page 22.)
Using a DVD Karaoke 5-channel disc on which two mas

ter vocals have been recorded separately, for example,
the male part and female part of a duet, this function

makes it possible to play each of the master vocals sep
arately. You can practice the parts one at a time or have
fun singing duets with the master vocal as your partner.

•The master vocal level can be adjusted.

(See page 25.)

Guide Melody On/Off function

(See page 23.)

The guide melody which plays the tune of the song has

been recorded separately on some DVD Karaoke discs.

When using this type of disc, you will find it easier to sing

along even with songs that you’re not familiar with when

you set the function to ON. Alternatively, you can sing to
the accompaniment alone like a professional singer
when you set the function to OFF.

•The guide melody level can be adjusted.

(See page 25.)

Features which can be enjoyed with DVDs including DVD Karaoke discs and Video CDs/CDs

Voice Change function

(See page 23.)

Activating this function turns the master vocal off while
you are singing and increases the volume automatically
when you stop singing. This function is convenient when

practicing a new tune.

One Touch Karaoke function

(See page 23.)

Pressing the ONE TOUCH button decreases the volume

of the vocal recorded on non-Karaoke discs.

Key Control function

(See page 21.)

When the KEY CONTROL button is pressed, the key of
the accompaniment can be changed to match the pitch
of your voice.

Stage Mode

(See page 21.)

In this mode, it is possible to create the kind of sound

field effect that would be produced as if you were singing
on the stage.

Bass Boost

(See page 25.)
In this mode, you can give your Karaoke sound an extra

dimension of power which emphasizes the bass.
