• During DVD play, the TV volume may be at a lower level than during TV broadcasts, etc. If this is the case, adjust the volume to the
desired level.
•Select the appropriate screen type at the initial setting “6 TV Aspect" according to your TV set (4:3/16:9). (See page 47.)
The S (separate) video output connector separates
the color (C) and luminance (Y) signals before
transmitting them to the TV set in order to achieve
a sharper picture.
Use the S video cable (optional) when connecting
the player to a TV set equipped with an S video
input connector for the best picture clarity possible.
Be sure to select this position when
the player is connected to a TV set
through the VIDEO OUT connector
or S VIDEO OUT connector.
