TESTING
◆ Turn the test strip so the pink test square
faces your finger. Touch the centre of the
pink test square on the test strip to the
drop of blood on your finger. The pink
test square will quickly absorb blood.
OR
◆ Hold the test strip under your finger and
touch the drop of blood to the centre of
the pink test square.
Be careful not to apply too much blood,
especially if you tend to bleed easily or
are taking blood-thinning medications.

you have applied too
much blood. Your test
result may be inaccu-
rate. You must start
over with a new test
strip.
