Mounting Band “N”. Pull the Mounting Bands tight to the Plastic
Mounting Base “C” so that the H-braces sit tight in the recesses of the Plastic Mounting Base.
3. Locate the Hex-shaped recess on the Plastic Mounting Base “C”. Slide bolt “H” through the hole so
that the head of the bolt is located in the recess of the Plastic Mounting Base. Then slide the Molded
Insert “B” which is attached to the 90 degree plate “A” over the bolt “H” so that the gear teeth align.
Tighten down the gears using the nut “I”.
4. Determine a position in which you choose to mount the UTV Transport System. You must have a
round tube with a diameter between 1.25” and 2”. A 2” diameter tube will not require any inserts other
than the Mounting Bands “J”. There are 1.25” and 1.625” diameter inserts included for tubes smaller
than 2”. Place these inserts on the Plastic Mounting Base “C” side and wrap the Mounting Band “N”
around the tube.
5. Slide the Tube Nut “F” through the Mounting Band “N” so that the threaded portion is visible through
the slot on the Mounting Band “N”.
6. Place the Allen Head bolt “E” and washer “G” through the recessed holes on the Plastic Mounting
Base “C” and proceed to thread onto the Tube Nut “N”. (You may need to reposition the 90 degree
plate “A” to access the Allen Head Bolts “E”.) Secure the UTV Transport System by tightening down
the Allen head bolts.
7. Position the 90 degree plate in the desired position by loosening the nut “I” so the gears disengage.
Rotate the 90 degree plate to the desired position and tighten back down.

Installation
6. Cet article est fourni tout monté tel qu’illustré plus haut. Avant de commencer l’installation,
familiarisez-vous avec toutes les pièces.
7. Retirez les deux boulons Allen du support en plastique C.
8. Étirez les bandes de fixation N pour permettre au support C de bien épouser le tube rond. Resserrez
ensuite les bandes N autour du tube.
9. Vissez les boulons Allen dans les écrous tubulaires et serrez pour bien fixer le système de transport
d’accessoires pour VTT.
10. Quatre boulons et écrous de 1/4 po et huit rondelles de 1/4 po sont fournis afin de pouvoir fixer tout
accessoire Kolpin à la plaque de support à 90°. Les accessoires Kolpin suivants peuvent être utilisés :
