4. Remove the Long OEM Bolt that holds the back of the battery tray and runs through the top
of the differential, as shown in the picture below.
5. Now, run that same bolt through the two Top Brackets provided (bigger of the two Kolpin
brackets). Snug the assembly, but do not fully tighten yet
Align the Kolpin Top Bracket and the Kolpin Bottom Bracket using the Lock Out Rod
6. Now, tighten the top bracket. You may have to tighten and then rotate, a couple times to get
the correct angle needed to fit into the Kolpin Bottom bracket.
Make sure the nut is above
this brake line, located on the
left rear side of the machine.
Remove this OEM
Bolt.
